Difficulty sourcing a part through trade so approached Clark the manufacturer and left a message one evening. Susanjane replied before I had even got up the following morning and had identified and sourced the part , which they would supply to me direct.

Contacted Clark drains for a query today and Britany assisted me, excellent customer service, Britany is an absolute credit to Clark drains.

At 17.35 on Sunday evening I emailed the company to ask about getting a replacement handle for one of their drain covers.

By no later than 08.30 the next morning, Monday - yes by next morning no less, Susanjane had phoned. Susanjane was most helpful and gave me all the information I needed.

I purchased a T11G3 very poor quality gaps around the tray very inconsistent

Needed a few manhole cover tap covers following a drain visit by an external company who manged to snap them when removing. Couldn't find them online, so emailed Clark Drain directly. Dealt with Jason, who phoned me straight back, and then posted out a few for free (even signed for post). Refreshingly good customer service, and on my experience would highly recommend. Thank you for sorting my problem out so quickly and efficiently. Much appreciated.

Need replacement bungs for four drain covers and the sales person I dealt with - Britany Watson - could not have been more helpful. Two samples provided free of charge by first class post and four further ones provided, again free of charge, once I could confirm the exact version required. Excellent customer service.

Really bad customer service. Won’t supply spare parts: I needed replacement grates for drain channels, which are clearly an item which might need changing. Would only supply complete unit including concrete base.

Called 2 times, assured each time someone would call back asap. No one ever did, got someone else to deal with my blocked drain who did it immediately, poor show :(

Won't supply spare parts. I have 2 of their drain covers which need new rubber seals, but they will not provide them. They said to me - "The seal does a job by combatting odours. therefore selling them separately we could not guarantee this would do the job.", which doesn't make any sense to me. I can't use the old seal, so I need a new one - simple!
