Absolute rubbish poor quality numerous faults
Purchased this dishwasher March 2024 so far 1 solenoid under warranty second solenoid a few weeks out of warranty had to wait a month for the part to arrive !!
Now the element has blown .
Do not expect to have all these issues with a machine barely 18 months old .
Would definately not recomend to purchase
Approximately two years ago we purchased a D500 Classeq commercial dishwasher in Australia. What a mistake!!!! The unit is now just out of warrantee and we have just had to pay for the fourth pump, yes thats right we have had three pump failures so the average lifespan for a pump is six to eight months. There is obviously a more serious issue but as we are in the country the service from Winterhalter is next to non existent. It has taken spares one week to work out which pump to send us, even though they have sent three before. This has and continues to create havoc in our small kitchen, with next to no help from Winterhalter. I would never ever recommend a purchase from this company as the quality is not fit for purpose and support is woeful.
bought a classeq d500 duo ws, got rust problem after 3 months, they blame me after weeks they send me a new one, guess what??? the "new" one was already with sign of rust on it, I ask my bank to do a chargeback in my account. Please if you have a classeq always check under your filters for rust, the material they use isn't good quality at all. They blame me but with the second machine I understood that is their quality isn't good, they will try to blame you all the time also they calmed that in all the year that they been trading that they never had a rust problem, but I got rust problem with 2 machines in 4 months. rubbish machine.

SHOCKING - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Terrible from start to still ongoing. Sent me a faulty machine with bare wires that could have burnt my new restaurant down. Then sent engineer but took £150 before sending anyone, didn't get that money back for over a week. Once the engineer came out he bodged the repair so now the front of the machine isn't sealed properly. Essentially paid over thousand pound for a faulty machine, now they keep telling me Paul will call me but he never has, when I chase in the office he always has a day off.
HONESTLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY ARE AWFUL
Don’t buy a Classeq glass washer. I did broke down within 6ths then again two more times before 12 mths old. Very unreliable , not like they use to be.
I bought the dishwasher through Nisbets for almost £3,000 and absolutely not happy. The dishwasher made my dishes even wors. Unfortunately I can’t share the pictures of my dishes. Not recommend this product.
Classeq are a great company to work with and make good value commercial dishwashers and glasswashers. In our opinion made to an excellent standard offering superb value for money. Keep it up Classeq, and they're made in the UK!
Second phonecall with Michael at tech services and he is fantastic. It’s obvious he’s knowledgeable and passionate about the machines he specialises in but he takes the time to translate his expertise into layman’s terms until the issue at hand is resolved.
Direct line straight through to the man I wanted to speak to, no waiting on hold or elevator music!
Talking to people like Michael is refreshing in a day and age where phone calls to office bods who couldn’t care less about the product they work with or the paying customer is the norm.
Solidified my opinion on classeq machines and their services and it’s safe to say I will continue to use their machines as long as I’m in the industry. Top work guys 🙌
We purchased a Classeq dish machine through Nisbets, the machine we have issues with had already failed less than a year old and under warranty, but the system of getting someone to look at the machine is absolutely ridiculous. We have booked with Classeq twice for a repair window and paid staff to come in and twice they have cancelled only to say they are coming the next day. This is not service. If you say you are going to do something, you do it. Why do you buy something with a warranty if they don't follow through on a promise. We called first thing Monday morning a logged the repair, and it's Thursday with two missed appointments, and never have they called to say they aren't able to attend, they simply don't show up, prompting me to call to follow up.
