I ordered a radio online but…
I ordered a radio online but accidentally added 2 radios to the shopping cart. My credit card balance is now $700 instead of the $350 cost for one radio. When I called the 888-789-7297 number listed on the website, I was routed to a sales pitch for a $100 gift voucher. When I told the lady I wasn’t interested in a voucher she hung up on me. I’ve texted my concerns to the chat selection but have received no response.
Update: Classic Car Stereos reached out to me and refunded the $350 for the accidentally ordered 2nd radio. I’m updating to a 4 star review because of the quick and courteous refund. Only reason I have not updated to a 5 star review is that I have not received the radio yet. I suspect the radio will operate just fine but am reluctant to update the rating until I can install the radio.
