They completely ignore you when you attempt to contact them.
Very probably the worst mail order company I have ever ordered from.
I ordered a shirt on the 7th of August. It is now the 7th of September and there is no sign of it whatsoever.
Tracking says it was ‘out for delivery’ on the 21st of August and there have been no updates since.
The worst thing though is that it is completely impossible to contact classic shirts. All they have is a contact form which I have filled in three times and they have never even bothered getting back to me.
A month later, all I can do is contact my credit card and cancel the transaction
