The letters are absolutely stunning. We have been using this company for 9 years now.

The customer service is outstanding. They even made me a custom letter one year when we were storing gifts here for father christmas... just in case any children somehow managed to find them. Always incredibly happy with the service and the product. I will never go anywhere else for our santa letters. Our children will have lovely memories of receiving these magical letters from Father Christmas for the rest of their lives. Thank you.

I have been using Classic Santa for quite some number of years now.
The site is super easy to use and is very versatile to change portions of the text to be something that your child can relate to or relative to them.
The content never gets stale as there is always something new added.
The letters looks professional and believable to your children.
All five of my children have enjoyed opening their letters over the years and even find some of the content funny.
My youngest is now getting to the age where 'Santa' will not be sending them a letter.
I highly recommend this company. My only advise to buyers is to purchase early to ensure delivery by Christmas day. My suggestion to the company is, perhaps, offer the option for customers to see their order and the progression of their order - it provides a little less stress at a stressful time of year.

We have used this company for years and they have always provided us with a hassle free experience. On occasion we have contacted them directly with queries and requests and they have always responded quickly and attentively. I hope this company go from strength to strength, but always retain the charm and excellent customer service. I can’t speak highly enough of them.

I've used Classic Santa for a few years now. The letters are gorgeous, and with many different options to chose it makes them authentic and fun. My twins love receiving her letter each year on Christmas Eve and hearing all the things within. Highly recommend this company. I ordered very late this year, but they still got my letters to me. 5* service

This is my daughter’s 2nd classic Santa letter. So personal and so many options to choose from. I will continue to use them. I am keeping them all in a box for her and she can read them as she grows. Keeping the magic alive for her every year. Thank you ☺️ x

Been getting these letters for 10 years each year fail to impress me. High standards, beautiful workmanship. So realistic I forget as the children read them to me.

I've been ordering Classic Santa cards for our grandchildren for the last 5 years and they never disappoint, very easy process and always wonderful to hear from the grandchildren that they received a card from Santa .

Beautiful letter that looks like a genuine santa letter.I get one every year for my son with autism & it's one of his highlights before the big day comes.I do wish that they had an additional paragraph for adults with additional needs who still wish to belive in santa though. It's not necessarily a boy or girl it could be an adult that's receiving the letter. My boys 28.

This year i went all out for my daughter as she is 11 and really believing in Santa. When the Elf gave her the letter she remembered the one she had last year and what was said in it. This year she was surprised to have all the extras which made her letter reading experience from Santa extra special. I love the way you can choose each paragraph and make the letter really personal. Would highly recommend classic santa.

I have been using Classic Santa for my Letters for at least 10 years now, I love the ability to personalise your content, especially having 2 children, so that the letter are different. One of the main reasons I continue to use them is that the quality is exceptionally beautiful and attention to detail, even down to the wax closure, and the Nice List certificate. I will continue to use these for as long as I am able.

My only Disappointment this year is that the gorgeous red "S" Santa Gifts tags were not available as I always ordered these and use them for my "Santa" gifts!!

This Company which I have used for a number of years is just Amazing. They are not just a Standard Father Christmas Letter they are quite Exceptional as ‘the Paragraphs’ are changed each year and there is a lot of thought in the words they chose to make Christmas for Children Magical. You can put in Children’s Achievements, their friend(s) names which ONLY Father Christmas Or if you prefer Santa would know! The Envelopes are Beautiful with the child’s handwritten name, seals, and stamped with the North Pole Postal Service. Our Grandkids, one a Teenager looks forward to getting a letter each Christmas and reading it to their parents. I have seen the ‘delight’ on their faces which is ‘just so wonderful to see’

It’s my 5th time buying from classic santa and I’ve bought for friends children and my own. The quality is superb, the wax seal and over cover just add extra magic. The option to choose paragraphs to suit your child and add the personalisation is excellent and it’s really adds a magical touch to Christmas!

Ive used Classic Santa for a few years now and I wouldnt use anywhere else. I love that you can customise so much and have a selection of paragraphs to choose from. The detail is so beautiful, from the envelopes to the stamps. It makes our Christmas, thank you

These letter are great, from the paper to the envelope is wicked, my only concern is the price.
This is my 3rd year ordering from these guys.
My only complaint is that it’s a little too expensive.
