ZERO REFUNDS; TRUELY A SCAM
My profile states I have an account code of 24 month. Two years ago I enjoyed using Classmates when planning for a high school reunion. Classmates charged my financial institution $18.00 for what I thought was a manual renewal at one year. Classmates charged me $36.00 on September 24, 2021 that I did not authorize period. Twenty four months later on September 24, 2023, I was charged $96.00 a recurrent payment from September 24, 2021. ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Account type: 24 Month
Expiration date: September 24, 2025
Renewal option: Manual
I do not understand why a 24 account would last from 2021 to 2025, four years. There is NO WAY to cancel the subscription online. Other reviews state users called to cancelled their subscriptions; however, their account is never cancelled. I paid on Pay Pal; therefore, Pay Pal cancelled my subscrition from there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CLASSMATES, they are SCAM ARTIST. They are breaking Federal Trade Commission laws for recurrent payments.

The annual is a good duplicate
The annual is a good duplicate, however, it is not a copy from the original copy. The copy is taken from someone's personal annual where people have written on the annual dedicated to that individual & it is visible.

The 1980! Pike Delta York yearbook was very faded, I was very disappointed! I won’t recommend it to anyone else.

I REALLY WANTED the 1960 year book because that was the year I graduated. All my yearbooks got left behind in my divorce.

Piece of Crap
Apparently Classmates must have used a yearbook with a moldy cover to duplicate and sell. I was very disappointed with the horrible cover after paying so much to replace my missing yearbook. I’m glad I opted for a soft cover or I would be out of even more money😡

I didn’t enjoy my reprint of my 1971 yearbook because I actually thought it would have been in color or exact copy of my yearbook. I think the book could have been a little more enlightened. Thanks for asking and I am sure if you ever come up with the yearbook much lighter I will definitely get another

The book could have passed off as a original.
The year book I bought looked like it was printed jast as it was in 1978. Hard cover, binding well done. Very happy with my purchase.

Disappointed in quality
I ordered my Senior Yearbook. The pictures are obviously copies of the original and are not as clear as the original photos. Also, the book is a yellowish white instead of a true white that the original books were.

I ordered a 1960 Colville High School yearbook(skookums). You sent me a 1987 yearbook. I sent the 1987 back to you expecting that I would get the proper one back(1960). However that has not happened! You were only 27 years off! This happened several months ago. Please send me the correct yearbook or return my money please!

This company is a cheating company
I received an offer for three months for $9. They never said a thing about an auto renewal. It was just supposed to be 3 months for $9! I received an email from PayPal that I had been charged $21.60 for an auto renewal. I did not sign up for this. I called Classmates.com, and they said they stand by their no refund policy and would not listen any further. They are cheats.

A total waste of money
The print quality was terrible, looked yellow and blurry. The size was different. I felt that it was falsely advertised and way overpriced. Not worth the money at all

The yearbook I got was a copy of one of my classmates books that had been stolen. It was filled with personal messages from her classmates. I contacted the person and she said her year books were in storage and had been stolen. I do not like having a copy of a yearbook with all the personal messages to someone else. Your price was also to high for what I got

This annual brought back long forgotten faces and memories of my 1966 graduation. There were notes in the annual from friends of the original owner of this Annual. Thanks for making it available.
