Incredible piece of kit. The thought that has gone into the design is superb and the engineering is a dream. I work in and out of hospitals and was fed up of the square wheelie boxes and pull out handle which used to last a few weeks before cracking and splitting. This trolley is so compact folded, amazing to manoeuvre and carries so much more. I can get everything done in one trip and not have to make decisions as to what I leave behind in the car. Now everything - including handbag and spare shoes ladies - comes with me. Work life is super easy and we all need a bit of that. Thank you CLAX.

I was apprehensive from purchasing from this site. I found out about Clax and did some researching. I’m in the USA and wanted to find someone who shipped here. The Germany site wouldn’t ship. I found the Australian site and they wouldn’t ship but said that the UK site does. My order arrived in less than a week UK > CA, USA. Super happy and they really were good with status updates.

These are fabulous little trolleys, so maneuverable and light but surprisingly sturdy. Arrived withing a few days, easy to put together and looks professional. Highly recommended - I now have 5 of these in various buildings. They are great. J

This cart is amazing and so practical - We are planning to buy a couple more and the delivery is extremely quick from EU to USA. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something compact yet versatile

Ok. Leave the top carrier folded flat and strapped down. Lift the shelf all the way to the handles. Load the bottom carrier. Drop the shelf and fill the top carrier. This makes so much more sense. The bottom is still hard to access when the top is full but now I see it being far more useful.

The package arrived in the US in one piece and was well packaged.

The brake is a little fiddly to disengage. Especially when wearing sandals or similar softer surfaces. It does work well and holds the trolley on slopes. I recommend engaging the brake when trying to fold or open the trolley.

The lower shelf does not appear to be as well thought out. There is no way to secure the extra carrier when the trolley is folded. It can be a little annoying to get the carrier to correctly lay in the slot when preparing the trolley. The carriers basically rest on the trolley with space cut in the trolley to guide the placement. Our largest complaint is there is minimal clearance to access that lower carrier. Basically you have to pull it out, load it, and put it back in.

Overall, we are satisfied. The trolley moves very easily and the handle is at a good height for both a 5 foot 2 user and a 5 foot 9 user. It is easy to fold up and move around. I wish the second carrier was less of an afterthought though. We definitely use it all of the time.

Terrible Customer Service. No answer to any of my phone calls. Definitely a company to avoid!

The trolley arrived, left outside, not in my safe place. I’m the box are 3 pieces of broken plastic pieces. I can’t find where they have broken off of. I called the company on the website but the number is wrong. Have emailed twice, tried to have a live chat and no one answered and sent a message but got no reply. Such poor customer service.

Superb trolley. Easy to order delivered by DPD so easy to track and aways on time..Product is great quality never tbough I could be so excited and delighted by a trolley

I'm in the US, but ordered my cart (trolley) from the UK site because green is my fave color and the few US sellers who had the grey and green model seemed to be selling previously owned carts and they were charging nearly 1.5x to 2x the asking retail price of a brand new cart. The overall cost of purchasing it from the UK was cheaper than purchasing a used or brand new cart here in the US anyway, so it made even more sense to order the exact one I wanted from the UK site.

The package did arrive a few days late because it was held in customs for some reason. I reached out to Clax for a status update and even though they never directly responded to my email inquiry, my package was delivered less than 48 hours later so I suppose it's safe to say they cleared up whatever it was that caused the holdup.

Communication definitely could've been better, but in general I think their customer service is pretty good. I may not have gotten a direct response from them but it's apparent that they followed through quickly to make sure my item was delivered without further delay.

BTW, I absolutely love my cart. It's a sturdy and attractive cart that runs very smoothly and is easy to maneuver. I wish I'd purchased one of these years ago!

Order was dealt with quickly and efficiently - in fact it arrived in just over 24hours.
Product is for use in our Foodbank cellar. It is very manouverable and seems sturdy. First impressions are good. Hopefully they will last well and be worth the cost. Already thinking about whether to get a couple more.
