Ordered Tolco Proportioner bottles 30oz to find out that there is no bottles that goes with it. After querying it I was told that despite the bottle was displayed on the picture and capacity 30oz (about 900ml) was included in the product name they don’t have bottles to go with it. Was offered no alternative other then to return the product for a refund. Most of all I was disappointed by a poor customer service where lack of customer focused approach was quite obvious. Better try in2detailing if you like better customer experience, faster free delivery and same or better prices. And if you can’t find any alternative retailers for what are you looking for and thinking to order from claen and shiny anyway, be prepared to deal with this poor after sale experience in case the product you buy is not correctly described on their website or anything else goes wrong.

Sent a returns request form a week ago - no reply. Stuck with goods I don’t want. I understand it’s not free returns but the small cost of posting back isn’t an issue, it will be less than 10% of the order cost. Have spent a lot with this company over the years as their product range is good but it’s a saturated market and there’s plenty of competition. Might only spend a few hundred a year but it will be with one of their many competitors from now on.

This is the first time I’ve used this company but it won’t be the last excellent service and the products I bought(zaino) were cheaper than anywhere else and as for delivery ordered them yesterday and they arrived today

Very, very good. Only place I could find one of the items I wanted, and it was cheaper than the manufacturer website. Despite current constraints they sent my order out extraordinarily quickly and it arrived on time. I’ll shop here again - probably sooner than I planned when I realise I am out of stuff to keep the car clean (stuff that I’d forgotten about). Not that I’ll be able to drive it for a while ... oh well. Fair enough; got to look after vulnerable folk. Thanks chaps for being so efficient: most impressed. I’m spending the next few months putting on shine ...
