Terrible cleaners , they also own "ezy-clean" , and you can see they are rating themselves 5 stars , i reviewed their sister company 1 star too.

Absolutely fraud cleaners.
Booked an end of tenancy cleaning service.
Very quick to take the job. I was given a quote for cleaning my flat and was promised team of two professional cleaners will come. Only one person turned up without full cleaning equipment. He lied that we didnt give full description of the property and was going to walk out if he wasn't paid another £30 on the top of agreed price. As I had to return the keys the same afternoon I had no choice but to let him blackmail me for the extra money.

He refused to start the job until he was paid upfront.

During the cleaning I questioned if anyone else was coming he ignored to answer.

I had specifically asked for an invoice to be given for the services that were being carried out. For one week have been chasing this company for invoice so I could get my deposit back. They keep ignoring my phone calls and text messages.

Once the rooms were cleaned he wouldnt let us inspect them. We received the report from inventory clerk and it said the carpet still had staines and bath was not cleaned properly.

As moving out is stressful enough, these people will make it worse. AVOID AT ANY COST!!!
Bad service - unprofessional people.

The so called professional cleaners sent by the company are pretty much untrained and have no idea what they are doing - I called them yesterday for End of tenancy cleaning, professional carpet cleaning - they asked for 220 pounds for the job, after 4-5 hours of cleaning by 2 guys, one of who seemed to be in his first week on the job, they declared job done. The carpet still had hair visible all over, it hadn't even been hoovered (i know this because they turned up without a hoover). The tiles in the bathroom still had lots of water marks on them. The made a ruckus when I declined to pay for the carpet cleaning, kept saying it will be good when the carpet dries out, just pay us now and wait until tomorrow! Finally, the cleaner agreed to take 220 - 55 pounds for carpet cleaning accepting that carpet was not clean, but the manager on the phone kept arguing with me for the payment (I think her name is Blenny - don't trust her false assurances). The cleaner also left the bags of trash outside my door instead of throwing in the bin - another great gesture of professionalism!

I will have to pay again to get the End of tenancy cleaning and carpet re-cleaned to get my deposit back- total disaster.

Booked with these cleaners for the evening, they called us first thing in the morning saying they were on their way, completely disregarding the appointment. Then when it was actually our appointment time, we waited around for 2 hours and they never showed up. CAlled multiple times and they kept saying they were on their way, and no follow-up. Nothing. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Will not use this company again.

Paid for a thorough clean but light fittings, tops of pictures, and woodwork were left undone. Floor was not mopped, oven not properly cleaned. They left early and didn't finish the job.

Attempts to rectify this were abandoned when they claimed they were unable to come back and complete the job for several days.

Ended up paying somebody else to do it properly.

Unhappy and out of pocket.
