SCAM! - would have given -5 stars if possible - please DO NOT book this company for any of its services. Booked for an end of lease clean which failed inspection, even tho we paid EXTRA for certain areas to be deep cleaned.

When we asked for the matter to be resolved they told us they didn’t have any cleaners available until after the end of lease day. (literally not use to used and you would expect this to be rectified after such a colossal mess up).

After spending so much money for a clean that looked like a 5 year old had completed, we had to fork out for the cleaning supplies ourselves.

After sending photo evidence of the failed clean along side a refund request email, refused to refund.
I shall be taking legal action further and I don’t want anyone else to be conned the same way I have.

Rest assured I will be posting this on every forum and social media platform as possible, to spread awareness and make sure no body loses their hard earned money to thieves like these people!

Look up reviews under those business names. They are a serial money grabber with horrid trail of reputation. Taking money with not the work done.

They have since claimed that they refunded me the full amount of the clean but it has not hit my account yet. They want me to delete this review when the refund is in my account.

Their call centre is located in the Philippines. Literally you can hear the farm in the background.

They are literally the worst of worst, the temu of temus of cleaners.

I had to go back and clean it all over myself for 8 hours and the real estate company has so much issues because of the quality of how much they made the house WORSE.

Vacate clean.

My floors were completely mopped with a dirty mop that was covered in pubic hair.

Sprayed and left the range-hood stained with product and completely destroyed. They stain in the oven with spray and did the same thing by just leaving it and stained it permanently. They left the same stains with product on the stove.

They claim that there is spot clean on walls. None of the walls were even merely wiped.

None of the rooms were even vacuumed.

My ensuite shower was not used as a shower. It was left completely unclean. They did not even wipe it down. They did not even mop. They didn't do anything. They didn't go under the corners that were still cob webs still in the corners. The toilets were not clean properly and still stained.

I've had cleaners coming for every inspection. Someone else booked this clean for me and it is literally the worst clean I have ever had in my living life in Australia.

Never never in my life have I been forced to pay for a clean before it even started. They harassed me and rang me over eight times and and threatened that they will not clean the house if the payment didn't go through it was initially $500 and I went back to the invoice. It was actually $530. They charged me extra even though they have already taken a deposit of $49 from the person who booked this clean.

I have been asking for a refund because they have not done the job properly.

If you want your house dirty worse than it was before you had it, and your kitchen destroyed and stained permanently, then go ahead and book them. I will guarantee you they will absolutely destroy your house.

They went back for a re-clean and it never happened. They just took the keys and they just returned it. There was never a re-clean done.

I will be reporting this company to ACCC.

If I could, I would not even be giving a single star. You've been warned.
