Customer care with this company is not great. I emailed them twice and have not heard back. The email was received as they opened a ticket for each email. Seems like i have to pay a fee to receive timely support with this company. The autoscrubber I purchased has scratched my clients floor on first use as well. Small plastic wheel on the front of the scrubber seems to have some plastic flashing that may be the issue.

Reliable 14 (Battery) Floor Scrubber
I purchased a Reliable 14 Battery Scrubber roughly 3 years ago for my church and it still runs like a champ today! Dusty product
I ordered and received several highly rated plastic spray bottles and their trigger sprayers. They were all coated in a fine layer of dust, as though they had been sitting in someone's attic for quite a while. Is it too much to expect that whoever handled the order should have taken a rag and wiped them off before packing them up for shipment? Poor customer service.
