Nice smell easy cleaning and they work!

You lotion is excellent! Thank you for providing this. But I’ve now ordered it three times recently, two directly from Better Life and one from another vendor. All three times the pump lids were not screwed on securely, meaning the lotion spilled out and made a mess during shipping. Also the pump lids don’t unscrew at all, meaning I have to use the old pump lids and put those on the new bottles. Hope this helps with improvements.

Love there products, but the last few months a lot of the 1 gal refills or concentrates out of stock

The scent free hand soap is an excellent and non-offensive product however the price for it has shot through the roof with no obvious justification.

My initial order doesn't have tracking information and may have been lost in the mail. The representative provided a replacement order for same items. I appreciate the customer service.

Too many products out of stock - the citrus mint soap refill has been unavailable for I don't know how long now... you still offer it in individual bottles, so don't really know what the issue is...

I prefer this companies products for my cleaning jobs. I use the floor cleaner and all purpose cleaner the most. They do a wonderful job of cleaning and smell so good.

The website was easy and I love this product. I have the stain and odor eliminator and it works for both of those things better than anything else I have ever used and the perfume scent is mild enough for me.

The product is great. However the price has gone up considerably making me reconsider using this product again

I got hooked on this cleaner when it was sold at the Sprouts near me - and I won't use anything else. Nothing else that is plant based comes CLOSE. Its the pinnacle of what I look for in a cleaner. CHEERS!

I love Better life products. They actually clean extremely well without the worry or wondering of what chemicals you might be inhaling. Been a user for 5+ years now.
