So much for an end of tenant 72 hour…
So much for an end of tenant 72 hour guarantee... We had to pay part of thr deposit because the bathroom wasn't cleaned and they just ignored my three follow up emails about it.
End of Tenancy Cleaning Failure
Got their end of tenancy cleaning service for my old flat and there are so many spots are not being cleaned properly such as lights in the toilet, top of the kitchen cabinet and top of door frames. They promised 72 hours guarantee that they will come back to clean but they didn’t even reply to emails or listen to calls. Very awful experience. Next time I would rather pay more to get a good cleaning company than this company that has careless cleaners and caused me paying part of my deposit to my landlord. WOULD NOT SUGGEST TO GO WITH THEM AT ALL.
