Asked to pay £150 fee before sending the heating engineer around to our offices. Engineer had no clue what he was doing and the heating wasn't fixed. Absolute shambles of a business and would 100% not recommend this company. After reading the previous reviews from other customers, this is very common. They also trade under Allround365 business name
I would not recommend them at all, highly unprofessional people at the office. Booked for 8am to 9am and plumber arrived at 10.30am while my tenant was working from home in the middle of an extremely important meeting. Customers have jobs and they can't risk their positions because companies don't keep their word. Fair enough plumber was late, I complained to the firm telling them that they caused extreme issues to the tenant who has a job to take care of. During pandemic we need to be more careful about our jobs! They said disrespectfully that "we did our job!". I told them "half your job is customer service and you have been horrific!". I told them to give a discount to compensate for the inconvenience and they said "we are already giving you 10%" - that is a discount given to ALL NEW CUSTOMERS. I can't believe they think they are doing me a favour with a 10%. £250 for a 1 and half hour job AND causing issues to the tenant and stressing me out. It's not on. Customer service ZERO! I do not recommend at all. They have no respect for the livelihood of their customers, they have no respect for customer service. I will NOT be a returning customer. I asked to speak to someone senior and they said "it's not possible". No chance will I ever recommend to friends or be a returning customer. I also called many times and the line dropped. It gave me a shock that possibly these people are cowboys! Turns out they had a problem with their lines, but as a new customer I lost trust. I will NEVER return to these people. Shocking customer service!
The plumber was a nice man and did his job well. It's sad that he is working for such an awful firm. I wish him luck. He deserves better!
