I travelled from Hull to Middlesbrough to collect a car from Cleveland Vehicle Sales, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Unfortunately, the Halifax banking system went down on the day, leaving me unable to make payment. Instead of rushing me or leaving me to sort it out alone, the team went completely above and beyond. Kev was absolutely brilliant throughout – genuine, professional, and really supportive. Steve kindly took me to the bank and had me cracking up the whole journey, a real credit to the business. The lady in the office (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) was incredibly supportive and understanding during what was a very stressful situation.
Despite the banking chaos, they were patient, accommodating, and dedicated to making sure everything worked out. The car itself was exactly as described, beautifully valeted and polished, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it.
