After reviewing numerous programs, I decided to go with Disk Drill and do glad I did. Program is phenomenal and the customer service is second to none.

I bought DiskDrill several years ago and recently logged in to recover a drive, and apparently the app had updated and my Pro license (for life) hadn't expired, but didn't apply to new versions. They quickly resolved my issue and I've been completely happy with the product as well as the customer service. Thank you Mit!

I would give this program Disk Drill PRO a thousand stars if I could. The Disk Drill app saved over 10 years of filming, I cannot thank you enough! The disk was not accessible and would not mount. We tried all the suggestions for mounting the disk and it would not work but disk drill saved EVERY FILE!!! After we were able to save the files we still were not able to mount or even erase and reformat the drive. It was not accessible. Your program is a life saver. I cannot say enough good things about it. Thank you

Great company with great people. Especially David who reached out to me personally when I was facing trouble with Diskdrill Pro. Your experience with the software might differ depending on how “erased/corrupted” your disk is. But overall, this is the only product that is able to “dig” deep and restore your precious files. They did get in touch and tell me I could have a refund if I deleted my review. Which seemed very dodgy. I'd be very dubious if you're still thinking of dealing with this company.

There response is also false. There are limits on the free preview.

I had some video files I needed to recover.
The free version suggested it could find some (if not all) the files, but the 500mb limit wasn't enough to preview. I bought the Pro version and it wasn't able to recover even one file. Not one files was recovered. And the company says its policy not to offer refunds.

I'm currently trying to go through a payment processor to get a refund. But I would suggest people avoid this company and software. I don't know if other people have had success, but I definitely haven't. And I'm out £70.

The technical service reacted very fast to solve my problem with installation of the app. After their advice, it worked perfectly.
The overview of the scanned locations is so clear that it was very easy to find my lost document (I already deleted the trash).
With diskdrill I gained hours and hours of work. Thank you very much!

My iMac crashed the other day and I lost some very important emails that had not been backed up. I purchased the Disk Drill through the apple store. At first had some difficulty so I contacted the customer support at cleverfiles. I thought since it was the weekend, I would hear back on Monday. Within the hour, I received a reply and helpful instructions. Customer support was there for me throughout the weekend and I was able to recover my lost files. I give an A+ to both the app and customer service.

Disk Drill gave me Good results. I recovered 70% of the files that were accidentally formatted during the installation of a new operating system.

I lost a whole SD card's images after a faulty download to a laptop. I was on location but Disk Drill found all my files and their tech support was very impressive and helpful.

Great product, great support, and buy before you go on a trip.....as I wished I had.

Disk Drill found files that the program I have always used said were unrecoverable. I was able to recover a 180 GB file of a video that was a year in the making. I now have a new "go to" program for any lost or corrupt files. goodbye to my old program, and hello to NEW FASTER recovery.

I recently found myself in a tight spot when important documents and precious memories seemingly vanished into thin air due to an accidental deletion. Desperation led me to Stellar, and I'm delighted to report that this software not only lived up to its reputation but exceeded my expectations.

Tried Disk Drill for free and was able to recover all the files that had been lost during a computer error. Saved me hours of work trying to reconstruct the files on the SD card. Phew what a relief!

Diskdrill said it could recover the 163gb of data i lost when i accidentally wiped my hard drive while installing a fresh copy of windows 11. The files were mostly labeled as high chance of recovery.

After paying for the Pro service as you can obly get 500MB for free.... and running it for 10+ hours I finally ended up with just 28gb and all of it was corrupted and unopenable.

Complete waste of money and time.

I haven't needed to rescue files on a camera memory card in ages so I was caught off guard that the Lexar App was replaced, and the SanDisk app was managed by a third party but I did have a license code. The old Lexar app could see the files, but wouldn't let me recover them, the new one saw nothing, and the SanDisk app also saw nothing. Other apps I had needed to be updated and I was never all that fond of them. Google searches were filled with predatory apps for sale with no idea about the success. I found a free terminal based app that was challenging to use but it also saw nothing. An informative article on a commercial app site I was unfamiliar with was very helpful with the terminal app (Photo Rec) so I tested their paid app. It didn't find anything either. My friend who used to work for Nikon said camera formatted cards were hard to rescue so I was getting bummed out. I had seen Disk Drill mentioned but didn't think to try it (all of these apps can be very off putting) until a friend recommended it. Very sharp website. And the app found hundreds of files the others didn't find. The ones I needed were a little hard to find but I found them, and despite the "Average" chance of recovery I took the plunge and it worked like a charm.

Highly recommend Disk Drill by Cleverfiles for file recovery. Life was easier when a big brand like Norton was associated with file recovery.

I was desperately looking out how to retrieve the missing files from a corrupted SD card; I tried everything I knew and different software and was not convinced by any until I gave it a try to disk drill free version; it worked perfectly, and all my files were there! Thus, I decided to buy it to recover the 32GB, and I do not regret it. As experienced in the free version, everything was straightforward; the user interface is amazing, predictable, and easy to use; you can organize where your files will be on your computer with a few clicks, the process takes a couple of minutes, but everything runs smoothly.

A thing to pay attention to and worth noticing is that when you buy it, the purchase run through paddle (you may not see the words disk drill or anything like it on the payment bill), so don't panic if you see paddle.net on your bill.

Seriously, if you lost a file that you need do NOT hesitate to use this service. It did exactly what I needed and I found lost footage that I could not get again. They have a lifetime customer from me and I will tell anyone and everyone about this service.

My network drive stopped working recently. I thought I had it safely backed up but I found 4 important spreadsheets that got missed, including one that had data I need for taxes. Disk Drill found and recovered all 4 files. It took Disk Drill about 24 hours to scan through about 1.5TB worth of files on the 2TB drive but I was able to recover the 4 files and check other critical files to make sure my backup drive indeed had the latest versions.
