Four weeks from order to delivery. They know it's slow as they have order status descriptions including:
"Not Long To Go"
and
"Dont worry"
As it happens, it took ten days to move from the "Not Long To Go" status to "Order Complete"
In this day and age this is just crazy. There has to be a better way. Many other UK companies print and delivery custom clothing in under a week.

The clothing is fine, but the process and delivery is just so long

I have used clic clothing for a while now since my daughter’s dance class changed to them for the uniform! I cannot fault them, if I’ve messed up or just simply need help with anything they go above and beyond, the clothing is very good quality and I’m so glad that they do the free delivery now, if only they did it when we spent £300+ however still cannot fault them. The customer service is amazing and always helpful

I recently had my child’s dance uniform printed by CLIC Clothing, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience.

From start to finish, their service was absolutely amazing. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient - making sure every detail of the design was perfect before going to print. They really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, which gave me so much confidence in the process.

When the uniform arrived, the quality completely exceeded my expectations. The print is vibrant, sharp, and beautifully finished, with no peeling or fading. The fabric feels fantastic, and you can tell they use high-quality materials. It looks professional, durable, and ready to withstand all the rehearsals and performances!

Most importantly, my child was absolutely thrilled with how it turned out - which means everything. Seeing how proud and confident they felt wearing it made the whole experience even more special.

I have ordered multiple times from Clic clothing for dancewear for my daughters. The whole process is seamless from order to delivery. Quick turnaround and great communication letting you know every step of the way where your order is at in the warehouse. Would reccomend.

Our dance school has recently started to use Clic clothing and I thought I would write about my experience- I have ordered many item for my son and all came within the expected time frame, and I was very pleased with the items. When I did have a small problem and contacted clic, they promptly communicated and resolved the issue quickly and effectively. This says a lot about the service of a company in the way they work with their customers when there is a problem.
Any time I have contacted clic they always respond quickly- great service and great quality items.

We have used Clic clothing for over 4 years now and really love the quality of the leotards. They stand the weekly wash without fading or fraying at the tulle. The colours are really nice as well and smart. We find the price fair and the delivery either to home or to the studio has always been great. The communication is excellent and they have even let know when they hae a busy spell and facing delay. We have purchased both clothes and foot wear. Highly recommend and will continue to use!

Love this company! Customer service is fantastic and nothing is ever too much for the team. Our dance school has been using Clic for over 5 years for uniform, after we previously used a local supplier. The difference in quality and service was incredible!

I have had the best experience with this company, professional and fast communication, they had completely taken the pressure off of myself to figure things out, the quality has also beaten my expectations! Highly recommend!

Products are ok but really expensive and really slow delivery despite expensive shipping. not much you can do when it is dance branded items and it's the only place you can get them.

I ordered a Stagecoach rucksack and a water bottle for my granddaughter’s Christmas present from this company. They arrived on 23 December (order placed at end of November) with “Bridgend and Cowbridge” unexpectedly plastered on them below the Stagecoach logo. I instantly tried to contact the company only to discover they had closed for the holiday period.

When they reopened, they said they only deal with Bridgend and Cowbridge Stagecoach school (as though I was meant to know that) and that this was clearly marked on their website. It was not. If you zoom in on the products, I can now just see in tiny writing those names. When my granddaughter lives in Gloucester, why would I want such items? The website has now changed to specify this school on these items and the company is insisting I knew about this at time of purchase.

They also claimed that as the items were specific to a school the items are non-refundable and that I agreed to that. In my opinion, the items were generic Stagecoach items and therefore should be returnable and refundable (or replaceable without the named school as I was expecting from the images on the website). My order summary also had no mention of these locations on.

So, be very careful with this company. Make sure you are ordering something that is very clearly identified in the text, having zoomed in on the images first. If in doubt, my advice would be to contact them before placing an order, something a customer should not have to do, as all the website and follow up order information should be crystal clear.

Customer service is severely lacking, although polite.
