We did have some problems at the beginning: the lamp we received had a problem and could not be used. The first response of the support service was not really helpful, but we insisted to get their consideration and when the problem was clarified, they provided us with a new lamp.

I've ordered the smartbulbs with a Zigbee protocol. And the service was very good! Delivery was fast, goods were packaged really well! I even received a bonus from them👍🏻!

Don't ever buy ANYTHING here. I bought 2 LED SLV R7S DESIGNBULB and the description said approximately 25.000 hours of burn time a price of 60€ per. bulb. After I owned the bulbs for 18 month, they both started flashing in almost the same week. My estimate is that is have used them for max. 1500 hours each. If I had them on for 24 hours a day, it would add up to less than 14,000 hours. Click-licht.de blamed SLV SALES INTERNATIONAL and told me that they did not want to provide the guarantee as the EU legislation describe. 1. You should know that your 2 year warranty has expired.
2. The service life is not guaranteed. This depends on where your use the bulbs. For example, a bulb does not last so long when there is little ventilation.
Question: If you slow down more with your car, do you worry that you have not kept brake discs for so long?

Frage: Wenn Sie mit Ihrem Auto sind, dann sind Sie in der Lage, Bremsscheiben nicht so lange zu behalten?
