The company keep ignoring my request for returning the money, I have paid for an expensive American fridge, that they can not deliver ! Its been going on for 2 month now !

Beware of this absolutely disgraceful…
Beware of this absolutely disgraceful company. Ordered an item in December only to be told after many unanswered phone calls and several weeks later, that it was not available. We cancelled the order and asked for a refund. This was done in person in the warehouse in Palma, in Poligino Son Castello. I have emailed multiple times and was informed 2 months ago that the refund process would begin. It has not! Beware of this company, I believe them to be fraudsters. I will continue to fight for my refund for a cooker which cost almost €800 and have been chasing this since January 2025!! I will now take things to consumers protection and escalate my complaint!

We had an order for 4 items
We had an order for 4 items, later one item was not in stock which seems to be a common theme with them. They delivered in the end after a month despite what their website says and gave us our money back for the item they did not have in stock. Their customer service was poor and they seem to be a 3 man show. They were the cheapest though, and you get what you pay for.
