The ordering process was very straightforward; the website took you through each detail with information about what the choices were and of any additional costs. The payment process was a little bit complicated because the company is in Poland and my bank is in Spain, so it took a few days before the payment was credited. Communication by email was good. Delivery was straightforward, everything arrived together and it arrived earlier than expected. The product lived up to expectations and we're very pleased with the blinds now they have been installed. I would have given 5 stars, however there weren't any instructions included with the product. Fortunately, my husband is good at working out how things should be done! He didn't work out how the trim should be attached and it was slightly damaged, but it didn't matter as it wasn't needed.

Everything went well. quick, accurate and a beautiful product. I still have to mount it, but do not expect any problems there!

Amazing wooden blinds! Their quality is very good, and it is so great that you can make a custom-made size for your blinds. It really saved us because we had a pretty strange-sized window to cover in our bedroom.
One thing they could improve is the instructions of how to set them up. But with a bit of trying we managed to put them up in the window.

For our blind we choose clickforblinds and we are very glad and happy of the service and products.
