A great service! My receipt indicated that I had ordered the wrong version of the game I had wanted so I telephoned to query it. They couldn't have been more helpful and a couple of days later the correct game arrived first class!

After shopping around, Click for Games was the cheapest place to get my product and ordering was easy. I received an email a few days later to say there had been a problem with the supplier and my item would arrive within a week and as a gesture of goodwill they would send a skylander character to compliment my order. I ordered black ops 2 hardened edition for my sonand the game that came was the 1st black ops??? Now I can't seem to get in touch with Justin to resolve the matter. No reply to phone calls or emails.

My 7 year old son decided to buy Skylanders Spyros starter set with his birthday money. We researched the best price and found Click for Games to be very competitive; although it was their promise to ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order that appealed to us most. We placed the order and were surprised to hear nothing for 2 days, I was expecting at least a 'your order has shipped' notification but instead we heard nothing. I called Click for Games who told me that my order had shipped and should be with us 'in a few days'. The following day I received an e-mail from Click for Games telling me that their supplier had shipped the wrong item and they were going to have to recall the shipment, they said they would send the correct item as soon as possible and would throw in a complimentary Skylanders figure as an apology - that was Thursday - it is now Sunday and we've still not received our goods - a full one week on from placing the order. I have one very disappointed little boy who was hoping to play with his new toy over the half term break =((
