It is just unbelievable the level of service Clickfunnels provides. I just finished a 30-minute call with Tyson. It wasn't a sales call in any way as often is the case when companies set up a welcome call. He actually took his time and not only answered my questions but also guided me through fixing them. The weekly live video onboarding calls are honestly a game changer. Being able to jump on a call and have someone walk you through things in real time makes such a difference, especially when you need something done urgently and cannot wait three or four days for email support. Tyson is super patient, knowledgeable, and actually shows you exactly what to do on screen, which is priceless when you are new or feeling overwhelmed.

To be blunt...
To be blunt, these are 'salt of the earth' type of people. They love what they do, and they want you to be successful. I admit I joined with a massive group and I was a newbie who had tech issues, however when I had my onboarding call David, pulled another colleague on the call and they made sure my issues were resolved and I could access my online platform. If I follow the steps and do the work, with this kind of support, success is the only option.

I booked a call with Tyson Zimmer and he guided me well. Honestly, I am new to ClickFunnel and had so many questions and he step by step guided me on how can I get my first lead, build funnel etc. It was amazing.
Excellent Support
The support team has been on top of their game, even with the high volume of tickets they handle. I had my first 1:1 onboarding check in meeting today, and David answered every question I had about email, payments, reseller accounts, and how to book future 1:1 support sessions. The call was extremely informative, and he followed up with detailed documentation from the meeting. I honestly have not experienced support of this quality in a long time. For a digital service, communication and support matter the most, and this company truly delivers on both.

I used to love click funnels, but what you pay for, and the customer service is totally different and awful. I have been waiting 4 days for a reply. I logged on this morning, and I still cannot get anyone. This is awful for how much they want you to pay for this. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Put out videos fixing your customer service department would be helpful

Impossible to get refunds
I will never purchase from these idiots. First they advertise DFY templates, then it turns out to be a course and when asked for refund, they are asking my credit card details as if they are my bank. This is a privacy and security violation. I will be filing complaints against this company.

You get the same systems for less elsewhere. The clickfunnel pricing is a little crazy... Been a long time member since Clickfunnels 1.0.
(Edited from 2 to 1 after realising how much this can't compare to the other offerings on the market.)
Russell Brunson has been stuck in the past; just go to Google Search Trends and see how much market share Clickfunnels have lost compared to competitors. It's made extremely hard for novices to cancel, and even their pause plan on CF 2.0 costs $17USD/month; which other competitors offer for free with much more benefits.
Their whole goal is to retain your data and charge you exorbitantly to increase user friction for leaving a buggy defunct platform.
It's not completely terrible but I would give it last place among the 5 other competitors I tried.
