It is just unbelievable the level of…

It is just unbelievable the level of service Clickfunnels provides. I just finished a 30-minute call with Tyson. It wasn't a sales call in any way as often is the case when companies set up a welcome call. He actually took his time and not only answered my questions but also guided me through fixing them. What a difference to see a company that actually cares.

The Live Onboarding Calls Are A Gamechanger!!

I just want to give a massive shoutout to Tyson Zimmer and the team at ClickFunnels.

The weekly live video onboarding calls are honestly a game changer. Being able to jump on a call and have someone walk you through things in real time makes such a difference, especially when you need something done urgently and cannot wait three or four days for email support. Tyson is super patient, knowledgeable, and actually shows you exactly what to do on screen, which is priceless when you are new or feeling overwhelmed.

These live help calls are incredibly valuable not just for beginners, but also when you are building new funnels or trying different strategies. Please keep these video support sessions going consistently because they add huge value, and they are genuinely appreciated. Thank you.

To be blunt...

To be blunt, these are 'salt of the earth' type of people. They love what they do, and they want you to be successful. I admit I joined with a massive group and I was a newbie who had tech issues, however when I had my onboarding call David, pulled another colleague on the call and they made sure my issues were resolved and I could access my online platform. If I follow the steps and do the work, with this kind of support, success is the only option.

I booked a call with Tyson Zimmer and he guided me well. Honestly, I am new to ClickFunnel and had so many questions and he step by step guided me on how can I get my first lead, build funnel etc. It was amazing.

Excellent Support

The support team has been on top of their game, even with the high volume of tickets they handle. I had my first 1:1 onboarding check in meeting today, and David answered every question I had about email, payments, reseller accounts, and how to book future 1:1 support sessions. The call was extremely informative, and he followed up with detailed documentation from the meeting. I honestly have not experienced support of this quality in a long time. For a digital service, communication and support matter the most, and this company truly delivers on both.

ClickFunnels support and techhelp works very well

David made my day. I set up my ClickFunnels and needed help with both the email and calendar settings.

On a 30-minute call, David helped me with that. He was very clear, supportive and the kind of tech help anyone will want to have.

I used to love click funnels

I used to love click funnels, but what you pay for, and the customer service is totally different and awful. I have been waiting 4 days for a reply. I logged on this morning, and I still cannot get anyone. This is awful for how much they want you to pay for this. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Put out videos fixing your customer service department would be helpful

Impossible to get refunds

I will never purchase from these idiots. First they advertise DFY templates, then it turns out to be a course and when asked for refund, they are asking my credit card details as if they are my bank. This is a privacy and security violation. I will be filing complaints against this company.

As a neophyte in 'funnel' marketing, it's hard to describe my jubilation in completing my first one.
As a life-long sales and marketing Guy, this is manna from heaven.
I'm set up for expansive outreach without sore eyes or back strain, and all while I'm sleeping, also.
Tyler is the greatest, he's kind and a real SME!!!!

I had an excellent experience working…

I had an excellent experience working with David at ClickFunnels. In just a 30-minute call, he helped me gain real clarity on how to actually use ClickFunnels to grow my business—not just the “how,” but the why behind it.

David was extremely patient, very willing to help, and clearly knows his stuff. His level of knowledge and expertise showed immediately, and he explained things in a way that made everything feel much more manageable and strategic. I walked away from the call feeling confident, supported, and excited about what’s possible.

I truly appreciate the time and insight he shared, and I’m already looking forward to speaking with him again as I prepare for the One Comma Challenge with Russell Brunson. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just want clearer direction with ClickFunnels, David is someone you definitely want to work with.

You get the same systems for less…

You get the same systems for less elsewhere. The clickfunnel pricing is a little crazy... Been a long time member since Clickfunnels 1.0.

(Edited from 2 to 1 after realising how much this can't compare to the other offerings on the market.)

Russell Brunson has been stuck in the past; just go to Google Search Trends and see how much market share Clickfunnels have lost compared to competitors. It's made extremely hard for novices to cancel, and even their pause plan on CF 2.0 costs $17USD/month; which other competitors offer for free with much more benefits.

Their whole goal is to retain your data and charge you exorbitantly to increase user friction for leaving a buggy defunct platform.

It's not completely terrible but I would give it last place among the 5 other competitors I tried.

Great coaching experience!

I had a coaching call with Tyson from the ClickFunnels team a few days ago. I had used ClickFunnels years ago, and was looking for a tool when I decided to start my business again. I'm not that tech-savvy, so I was concerned with how quickly I could get started on the platform. After communicating with the customer support team, I was invited onto a coaching call with Tyson. From the beginning, he was very supportive and helpful. He took the time to educate me on the fundamentals and understand what was important to me and my goals in using the platform. This coaching call was pivotal to me moving forward with confidence on the Clickfunnels platform, and I really appreciate the time invested in making sure I'm set up for success. This coaching experience overdelivered!
