Item wasn’t despatched until I rang nearly a week later, then he lied to me saying it had been despatched then later that day I got the despatch notification to confirm I had been lied to, think they just wait until you call to chase your order up to despatch it, poor

Their pricing is good. I wanted to change from stiff to regular on my order. A quick call and Chris took care of it without any issues.

Terrible service

Ordered a new driver. Got confirmation email saying order would be 7-10 days as it was custom item (wanted a larger grip). 12 days later, I’d heard nothing from them so gave them a call. At third time of trying I got an answer. The guy said he had no idea what had happened but that he’d ring Ping and chase it up. Rang back shortly after and said there’d been a delay, it’d be another 4 days before they’d receive it from Ping, but they’d dispatch it straight away, along with a dozen complimentary golf balls for inconvenience caused. A week later they dispatched it and I received the driver the following day, but no golf balls (even though they were included on the dispatch email). Emailed them about this, no response. Tried ringing, no answer. Have now given up on the balls, at least I got my driver, eventually, 20 days after order and 20 days after taking the money out of my account.

Terrible service, terrible communication.
