NOT WORKING/DEFECTIVE
The color ink cartridge was not empty, but it is not printing colored pages. The customer service informed me through a phone call to send a picture of the ink cartridge and I should get a response at least 48 hours after. I have not received any response at all. I have been sending multiple emails about it already. They are unresponsive.

Its very rare for cartridges to fail but usually our team are able to provide advise to get a cartridge working. If they cannot they will provide a replacement.
Our team do usually reply to emails within 48 hours of receiving them and we do apologize if there was a delay in the reply. They are currently awaiting confirmation of return details for you and will be in contact with details in the next few days.

Clickinks 8020 E series
I have not ordered from Clickinks in over a year
I had to order from Clickinks in order to get my printer to work. HP has stopped me from using their inks so I need it to go back to Clickinks the HP 8020e What’s a little confusing? It came up with several different offers. Hopefully I got the right one. I am not sure.
