Our sincere apologies that your order was delayed in being received by you due to out of stock items. Unfortunately the last of our stock was sold shortly before we received your order and this was the cause for the delay.
It is very rare for orders to be out of stock when they are made and showing as in stock on our website and are sure any future orders would be received by you within a few days of an order being made.
We always look to keep our website updated with information on in stock items, but we will of course look at ways in which we can improve this for our customers.

Ordering on your website was a disaster…
Ordering on your website was a disaster - page would not advance for check out - called customer service and got an annoying recording saying “be patient a representative will be with you shortly” over and over again - I hung up after about 10 minutes- and left the site- only completed the order when I received an email later that day saying I left items in my cart

The receipt was supposed to be sent to my email but I did not get it. Luckily I wrote the order number and was able to inquire about it in the contact us page and got an email that it was just shipped. That is why I did not give 5 stars this time.
Other than that, ClickInks is very good.

We are sorry to hear that there was a delay in your delivery. This was due to the order being made on the Saturday before New Year which delayed shipment until after the New Year holiday period. We see that the order was delivered on the January 4 which was within the delivery time we advertised.
We always look to have orders delivered within the delivery times advertised and are sure that outside of holiday periods any future orders will be delivered within a few days of it being made.
