ClickSpares came through for me when a major piece was missing from the coffee table in the sideboard, TV unit and coffee table suite bought from Argos.
Within seconds of our emailed query 20 April I had an auto-reply acknowledgment, in minutes a personal email requesting further details, which I fully answered. Within the hour a personal email stating the required part was on it’s way and should be with us in three days.
Many thanks to you and EVRi for the timely, 22 April courteous delivery. The Suite, now built is great.

Having purchased a unit from Argos I was completely deflated after building it all to find there were parts missing. I emailed Click Spares and they responded virtually right away. Thanks so much to Emma who dealt with the issue and resolved it the same day. Parts are on their way and I am looking forward to the finishing product

Great customer service

Great customer service. When putting together a set of drawers couldn’t get one of the pieces to fit and in the process it was damaged. Contacted customer services fully expecting to pay for the parts as it was my attempt to put it right that had damaged the piece but no customer service were brilliant and parts sent out and delivered within a couple of days. It was a budget piece of furniture but well worth the money now it’s all fixed up. Thank you.

Tried to order a spare parts for my…

Tried to order a spare parts for my disabled daughters bed where the wood has given way the website then gave a warning pop I only had one on my basket so added another and another item as was unsure of actual part

Received a rude email straight away asking why I’d ordered so many items then?! Demanding receipt of if have to pay nowhere on the website does it ask for receipt or payment and never been questioned like this in the past when I’ve ordered the woman on the phone was just as rude hung up and told me it wasn’t in stock and I’d have to pay on back order

Going to a diy store no as it is just a dowel rod holding up the bed slats I want and can probably get one for less than £5 rather than being charged for a whole bed side

Treated like I was trying to get a free bed for a dowel not good at all

In response to there reply a bed part arrived about a month later totally wrong and the incredibly rude woman on the phone line said well that what your ordered despite the conversation prior she hadn’t listened and was just interested in the money so now I’ve got a massive plank of wood thanks!

When your order came through, multiple spare parts for the same bed were added. As the parts we hold are supplied on behalf of the retailer and are intended for in-warranty customers, our team contacted you to clarify exactly which part was required and whether the item was still covered. This is a standard check to ensure the correct parts are sent and to prevent unnecessary delays.

We appreciate that locating proof of purchase after some time can be difficult. Once this was explained, we confirmed the required part, removed the charge, and arranged for the replacement to be sent as soon as stock becomes available. No payment was taken.

We’re sorry if our initial contact came across as abrupt — this was not our intention, and we will review this internally to ensure our communication is clearer and more reassuring in future.

Quality customer service from these guys experience was amazing

The experience was amazing, top quality. The customer service was on point, the staff member kept me informed the whole journey with regards to my damaged wardrobe single doors. The staff member was very understanding,compassionate and understood where I was coming from. I was frustrated to say the least but these guys made me feel rest assured and took care of it. They booked the slot and kept me informed as soon as the items were in stock. I was always kept in the loop and thats what we as customerservice need to hear. thank you guys for your efforts and commitment. Keep up with the good work!!

What a fantastic service

What a fantastic service! I used to work for John Lewis yet I’ve never known service like this! I have utilised this service multiple times. On the latest occasion the courier had delays with delivery. I was happy to wait for them to sort it out but Argos was proactive by emailing me to check up on the status of delivery and went on to send further parts without me asking due to the delay. I ultimately received both packages and was permitted to keep them all. Fabulous!

Amazing Company

As soon as I realised that a piece was missing from my rattan bar cart, I emailed the company. Within 1 hour I had been asked a few questions and the missing part was in the post. The park arrived in less than 48 hours. Absolutely amazing customer service.
