If I could give less than 1 star I would

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Cliff Nicholls carried out work on my parents flat roof, not only did he force them to pay over £1,000 more than quoted, the roof immediately was leaking as soon as it rained, it’s now caused damage to property and internal plastering work, absolute disgrace, after numerous calls and broken promises that he will send someone to rectify work he now refuses to answer phone calls and messages.
