Great service and choice in-store & online
I’ve used Clifton Cameras for cameras and lenses in the past and always received excellent service (and great prices). This time though, I wanted hands-on as I’ve retired and wanted to try top-end binoculars from Leica, Zeiss and Swarovski, and Clifton is one of the very few places nationwide where you can do this. I emailed in advance to check they had demo units on my shortlist and received a quick response. When I went to the showroom I received a warm welcome and excellent advice, no pressure, and was able to take my time. They even had a distance ‘eye chart’ for my bins try-out. Walked out happy with my fabulous new binoculars, and even bought a second compact set online a fortnight later as I’d tried them in store and could see how they complemented my main purchase. Very happy indeed.

Sublime Packaging! And Thankyou!
Today I received the DJI Air 3S, and want to send out a big thankyou to Clifton Cameras. The packaging was exceptional. A good amount of bubble wrap on the product itself, and surrounded further more with foam. This enabled the Drone, and packaging to arrive in fantastic, and unscathed condition. Clifton Cameras has, and always will be my go to Camera Shop. From start to finish, the whole transaction has gone smoothly, and with superb communication.

Was interested buying a camera from…
Was interested buying a camera from these guys and thought it was a great deal, however when I messaged these guys they replied hours later to tell me it’s sold even tho the website said opposite.
Luckily I didn’t buy it because it would’ve been a pain to get my money back, fix your website and tell your staff to be honest when people are interested in something, one of the people had said it was available and the other said it’s not? Wtf.

Ordered binoculars on a Saturday afternoon was in no rush for them but they appeared less than 24 hours later on a Sunday despite not paying extra for next day delivery .... I also traded in a pair as well and after agreeing on the price ...the money was in my bank a few days later ... Highly recommend

Great Customer Service
I ordered an Opticron Explorer Monocular for Christmas 2025. But I ordered the wrong one in error! Clifton Cameras couldn't have made the return/reorder process more easy for me. There was no fuss, clear instructions for return and a prompt redelivery of the Monocular I meant to order in the first place. Great customer service and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Ultra fast delivery over a weekend.
I ordered a lens at close to 5pm on a Friday afternoon, and received it on Sunday morning via DPD, despite choosing the 2-3 days free postage option. That's excellent. The online sales process was quick and efficient, and the delivery updates kept me informed. Thank you!
