I placed an order with this company 14th March 2024, it is now 26th April and I have still not received my order. I have emailed them 3 times, and no replies from them whatsoever as to regards to the status of my order and when they will ship. They are truly unprofessional, and I would strongly advise against using them!
I place order for PCM 2.1 update cd's on 15 October
and i pay for DHL Express . when 1 week passed and was no any information for the shipping i send email and there was not Any reply. 2 days later i request again. at that time i receive tracking number.. the provided tracking belongs to Espana Post office.
i m not sure if i ever will receive the cd's or When ??
Purchased the firmware upgrade. Does not work after multiple attempts that followed the instructions exactly. Sent multiple emails to the different addresses they show and they never answer. Do not buy from them. Software does not work and they will never respond. Complete con.
The part provided has even weaker coating than original. Chipped after less than 10k kms.. contacted customer service twice, no reply..
I ordered a Navigation update on DVD, but the disc I received did not work at all. My request for replacement or reimbursement was never answered despite several emails. Very disappointed!
Buttons arrived within 3 days and they work and look like brand new

I ordered 2 buttons for my Porsche and Choose the shipping 10-30 days. But now we are 36 days ahead and I do not have my buttons. John C is the general manager and he send only one e-mail and could not tell me when I will recieve my order. I am still waiting for my buttons.
WARNING! Do not buy from this company, their products are defective and not as described. They do not honour their customer promises. I bought a set from them and after install i was very disappointed. Besides the fact the texture is poor, the buttons are see through with the lights on behind them (this is why none of their "customer" pictures are in the dark!). I wouldn't recomend this to anyone.
Not to mention I paid for express shipping (3-4 days) and i got my item after 15 days...
