While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Unacceptable 2FA loop bug! The portal is completely broken during…

The portal is completely broken during peak admission season!Review:CIMEA's newly introduced two-factor authentication (2FA) is an absolute technical disaster. The system forces you into a permanent login loop. When trying to register or log in on a mobile device or tablet, switching between the browser and the Google Authenticator app constantly refreshes the page in the background, making the generated QR codes instantly invalid.Once this happens, the account becomes permanently glitched and locked on the server side. Every single fresh code is rejected as "invalid", and users are completely locked out of their accounts with no way to access their draft applications. To make matters worse, the official helpdesk and support emails ignore individual applicants or send automated rejections.Introducing such a faulty, untested security update in the middle of July—right before deadlines and the scheduled platform closure—is a complete disgrace and shows a total lack of respect for international students. Fix your broken system!
