I would thoroughly recommend the Prescribing Lifestyle Medicine Course. It gives an easy framework to work with patients to empower them to make better lifestyle choices. Good presentations by good teachers. Special mention to Claire Gardin who went above and beyond to help me out on the booking and admin side.
