Absolutely terrible service! I bought a deal for Black Friday last winter from them, for 5 sessions laser sessions. And the offer was only valid after January 2020. I was on holiday and when I came back in March, they had gone broke and shuttered down. I called and contacted them several times for a refund, as I bought it directly from them (and not a third party site), and didnt even get the courtesy of a reply. I guess they just hoped that the problem would go away if they just ignored. I'm still waiting for an answer and my money back. And if they think I'm going to Sweden to 'continue my sessions' they can just forget about it. I will be getting legal help to figure this situation out. As another previous customer wrote, its completely illegal that they do this!

What a terrible company.

I bought two deals on let’s deal.
I had a lot on my mind, so they expired. (less than two weeks) When I called and asked if they could do anything about it, she said:

“No, if it has expired, there’s nothing to do. And because of the Corona-virus, we are closed for 2 weeks, so when we reopen it will be even longer since it expired”

I can understand that I can’t use the expired deal. But the fact that they are closed isn’t exactly because of me. If they would want customers/patients, they should have given me a good deal on a new treatment. But she didn’t say anything like that.

This means they lost me and my girlfriend to some other clinic.
