Very bad administrative organisation, the day before my intervention I did not know at what time my intervention was. The telephone number where I should call never replied. The direct billing was not well process from their side so my insurance never received it and when I arrived to the "admissions" they made me pay. The lady assisting me in the admissions was so rude about his!! terrible experience
I give one star because I cannot give zero stars. The service at this institution was extremely poor and patronizing. Staff were incapable for speaking English or Dutch. I experienced ridiculous waiting times and many mistakes in administration. I would recommend to avoid this place and due to its lack of modernity!
