Extremely disappointed. I canceled my subscription and my account clearly shows I am on the "Free Tier" with only 3 uses allowed. Despite this, they still charged me £19.24 on 2 April. It is completely unreasonable to charge a customer for a service they have canceled and no longer have access to. I am currently waiting for a refund. Be very careful with your billing details here.

I had previously and explicitly canceled my subscription to the Clipto AI service. Despite this cancellation, I continue to receive notifications of ongoing charges from your company. I have reviewed my past billing statements and confirmed that unauthorized charges are still occurring after the cancellation date. I hereby formally demand that you immediately terminate my subscription status and cease all further billing.

Should you fail to process this request immediately and confirm the complete cessation of the subscription service and all further billing upon receipt of this email, I will be compelled to pursue legal action. Please reply as soon as possible to confirm that the service has been fully stopped.

Horrible. I used them and then cancelled it and they stop billing it for one month so I thought I cancelled it successfully but only to find out that they charged three more months (until I realized it) and Shirley from Customer service said there would be no refund. How does it resume in the first place.

Today they charge my card even I never subscribe to their service. No way to cancel it, I do not use their service at all. On their website no contact information etc. Please be aware I will start legal actions against them.

I have been continuously charged for Clipto AI for the months of February and March 2026, even though I never authorized this and have already attempted to cancel. This is completely unacceptable.

If you do transcription at a profesional level, Clipto AI is your best friend. They have the best tools for the job. Also, they can transcribe in many languages. I've been using it for sometimes now and I don't regret it.
