Clive pearce are a fantastic team who go above and beyond for their clients. We locked ourselves out of our house on New Years day with no hope of getting a locksmith to come out. Alex from the Clive Pearce team came out to us immediately on his day off to drop off our spare key that they had been holding for viewings. Although not directly related to selling or buying houses it's a real testiment to the good character of Alex and the team! Thanks so much!

Having lived in our shared ownership flat since they were built many years ago we had for family & other reasons decided to move to Cornwall. Having no experience of buying/selling a house and hearing many conflicting reports good & bad of estate agents overt the years we were a bit nervous to say the least! Some estate agents we found in Truro a bit say we say sniffy & not very helpful. However Clive Pearce (and another estate agent) we found yo be really genuinely both helpful and professional and friendly. They really took what we needed and our budget seriously and through their really great help we found the house that we really wanted. Then their kind help in negotiations at what we could afford we were able to make an offer that was accepted (The sellers of the house are really nice, genuine peopel as well which has helped immensely) . They have been so patient and helpful to us especially explaining the procedures and putting our minds at rest whenever we have had concerns. So helpful to someone new to buying a house.
If you are looking for property in the Truro area I can highly recommend them. They have had this momentous change in our life so much easier. I cant commend them high enough
