They don’t even deserve one star. They never reach out to anyone after they get your money. They use a service app that tracks your package but they don’t even know where it is and they just say it’s delivered and doesn’t even have a clue about its whereabouts. Don’t ever order from them unless you have money to throw away.
I bought the umbrella from them £72. They never replied to my email. I never got my umbrella. I never got a refund on either. They are, scammer. they sent me a letter recorded they said you’r delivery on his way. when I keep tracking my umbrellas been delivered bastards.

Clearly a scam company. Wish I’d checked before ordering a jacket that’s obviously not coming. Post-purchase confirmation makes it look like the item is shipping but the tracking info never updates. No response to emails sent to the ‘contact’ address. It’s a scam.
