I had a very effective removal a couple of weeks ago. I was impressed by the way the porters handled my furniture and boxes as well as by their efficiency throughout all the phases of the removal.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sharon handled my enquiry in a professional and friendly manner. Richard then provided a comprehensive video survey and answered all my questions. The team of removals worked tirelessly over the two days of packing and moving. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of our belongings. They went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it. Thank you Clockwork!

Clockwork Removals gave us perfect service from the first contact to when they came back to collect the empty boxes. They were friendly, efficient, clear and reasonably priced. The removals team were stellar getting everything done quickly, they calmed me down and talked me through everything. They paid attention when moving furniture out and then in to our new house. We couldn’t have asked for more and would not hesitate to use them again. They made a manic day easier and bearable.

I just wanted to drop a message to say how very satisfied I was with the team, Peter, Lee and Luke were absolutely brilliant with my move, they arrived on time and from start to finish were very pleasant and handled all of my household items with a great deal of care, I would absolutely recommend this company if all your crews are the same as Peter, Lee and Luke.

Would have been 5 star but-

There was a problem with a wardrobe where I asked whether there was space to remove it. They said yes but they hadn't considered the bottom of the stairs and damaged the skirting before having to take it back.

At the new property it would have been difficult to take a garden bench around the side of the house but not impossible. Unfortunately I accepted the assurance that it could not be done as I arrived after the attempt was made.

Helpful and really nice team made the moving day very relaxed nothing was too much trouble and I can't believe that moving could be so stress-free thanks clockwork for a great experience
