What a great experience
What a great experience,
From the first conversation with clockwork they were great! A very accurate video call to get an idea of what space was required and good value quote. (Not the cheapest but worth paying for!).
The team arrived at just before 8:30 has everything loaded in just over an hour and then went off to wait for us. They really took the stress out of this and worked around us as our toddler had breakfast.
Also unloaded at the other end and really well done, everything placed in an appropriate place even helped move furniture around a bit more than needed.
Thank you everyone at clockwork for helping us move.

The guys arrived nice and early and got on. They worked quickly but carefully as well and were super friendly the whole time. They took great care to look after our belongings and nothing was too much for them

Best Removal Firm I have used
Wow. Great company, fantastic customer service, and they went above & beyond to make what could have been a stressful day, enjoyable and easy.
From the Survey, customer service and moving they were professional, diligent and the price was fantastic.
A massive shout out to Dane and the removal team also. Top lads, polite, respectful, punctual etc ect. I can’t praise them enough. Big 4 bed house fully moved to another big house 80 miles away (yes we have a lot of stuff) and done for 4pm.
I would highly recommend this outfit.

Reliable and considerate service, minor improvements needed
Reliable and considerate service from packing to unpacking at storage by the removers who came.
The only let down was what I’d been charged for packaging wise wasn’t clearly communicated to me or known on arrival based on the info. to hand for me to either use on the day of removal, or keep for a future move.
Luckily I remembered and asked to keep the boxes that I had already paid for - they weren’t in the best condition either. This part of the service needs to improve given the cost.

Third time using Clockwork and yet…
Third time using Clockwork and yet again took all the stress of the removal from us. First time we had them do all the packing and 100% wish we had used them to do the packing on previous moves too. Superb service.

About as smooth as moving could be
Very reasonable quote, one of the cheapest ones we had.
We had originally booked them for the week before but we didn't complete in time, so had to move the booking last minute (to Dec 23rd). Clockwork admin staff were really good in sorting this out
The crew turned up on time (bit early actually) and just got on with the job. All very polite and friendly, and picked up all the stuff we asked for, even with last minute changes, and were great in positioning in the new house
Seemed to be reasonably quick, but efficient, nothing appears to have been damaged, so would definitely recommend Clockwork for any removals
