ORDER MY PURSES ON SATURDAY EVENING AND THEY ARRIVED TUESDAY MORNING BRILLIANT SERVICE, GREAT PURSES WITH A GREAT PRICE TAG WOULD 100% BUY FOM CLOGGS AGAIN.

I ordered a pair of shoes, received the wrong shoes, was expected to return them before the correct shoes could be sent to me. I feel this wasn't the best customer service solution, I'm a busy person and as they made the mistake why should I be expected to go out of my way to the return the shoes back to them! Im sorry you should have simply sent me the shoes I paid for, I wont be buying from cloggs again.

I Brought a pair of Doc Martins for my partner as a birthday present from Cloggs online. The process was nice and easy and all I had to do was wait for the boots to turn up.

The boots were delivered on the date stated and hidden under the stairs until my Girlfriends Birthday....

I received a phone call from Jodie (Cloggs Customer advisor) to make sure the purchase was ok and the Boots were correct and to make sure I had no issues! I then went on to tell Jodie that the boots were for my Girlfriend and that I hope she liked them!! (She loved them by the way!!) Jodie was very helpful and reassured me that if the Boots were incorrect to send them back and they would get it all sorted asap!!

A few days after the phone call I received a card though the post addressed to Paul's Girlfriends......?? So naturally on my Girlfriends Birthday I gave her the card as I was also very intrigued to who it was from?

The card was from Jodie and her team at Cloggs wishing my Girlfriend a very happy birthday and a great day!!!

All I have to say is a BIG thank you to Jodie and her team for the amazing birthday card and the Best customer Service I have ever received!!

I would definitely recommend anyone to shop with Cloggs online!!

As an update to this review (posted in September and updated in December) Cloggs tried to have my post taken down by claiming it broke Trustpilot guidelines. Clearly they try and suppress anything that is not glowing in its praise.

The fact that it is back up shows it did not break any rules. So not only do they list and seek to sell items they don't have in stock, they also try to manipulate what are supposed to be valid and independent reviews. I question therefore where all these 'wonderful' reviews have come from.

Saw some Ash Bowie trainers online on offer. Price was excellent but as with all these things it was too good to be true. Went through with the purchase and then lo-and-behold got an email saying they were actually out of stock with same lame excuse.

How are companies allowed to get away with this?

I have bought from this company on several occasions. They are super-efficient. All the shoes I have bought from them have been really well packed and so arrived in perfect condition, and in record time. Their prices are very competitive too. If you have any queries you can phone their free number and speak to a real person - result!

I ordered lo core black kickers 2 days ago with next day delivery, they were supposed to arrive the day after (yesterday) and they didn't turn up! So they came this morning, which was quite a terrible thing but I was still happy that they'd at least showed up. I opened the box and I found that they had given me the wrong pair of shoes! And of course school starts next Wednesday so everyone is trying to get their last minute shopping done, but I thought I had everything done! This is just terrible, the delivery was delayed, and in the end I ended up having the wrong shoes. I've had to call in and make a complaint. The customer services are very helpful though. I just hope I can solve this issue by the time I need to start school. The service has really ruined my plans and the way I had organised everything, so for that, thanks a lot cloggs.

Logged on to Clogg's sale last night and saw a pair of Fitflops I'd had my eye on for a while. With a saving of £25 I couldn't resist buying them. By mid-morning today they were ON MY FEET! Couldn't have got them quicker if I'd gone to the shops. What fantastic service!

The best service I've ever had from an on line store - and I shop online nearly every day!

As a internet shopping virgin I was a bit apprehensive! I needn't have worried! Cloggs had the sandals I wanted, I downloaded the app and placed my order at tea time yesterday....so simple and the bonus of a voucher discount and free next day delivery made it even better. I'm sitting with the sandals on having received them today at lunch time! The whole thing has been fab including the courier (text to confirm delivery and a given time slot with a named driver).
My only worry is that my credit card is going to be red hot now I have had a successful taste of internet shopping! Thank you!

I used cloggs for the first time to buy a pair of skechers shoes online (free delivery). They came the next day. The price was really good and the shoes were comfy but I just didn't like the style. I returned them (again for free) by taking them to a collect plus service just over the road from my house, brilliant! My account was fully refunded with no problems at all. I feel really confident to use this service again.

Got my trainers in record time, saved almost 20 pounds on them, did a little mistake for delivery, and promptly someone called me to check. Amazing. Highly recommended...

I love these boots. I have wanted a pair for so long. I love them. They were delivered the next day, they are packaged in a lovely box and even come with a hunter drawstring bag. I am a size 5, ordered a 5 and they for perfect so they are true to size. I have wide feet so would normally have to go a size higher in some shoes and boots but these fit lovely in a 5 even with socks on. A very nice young girl even called me to see if I had received them and if everything was ok. Would defo recommend this website. Well done cloggs. xx

So glad I found the CLOGGS web site. So easy to search, order and pay for. Lovely shoes at a great price, I even received a telephone call from CLOGGS the day after ordering to make sure my parcel had arrived safely, which it had.

WELL DONE CLOGGS

Initially drawn in by the good price and seemingly good reviews - however I was shocked when my North Face slippers came pre worn!

First impression wasn't good as the supposed to be sealed North Face carrier had been ripped open. Took out the slippers and they were missing the tag and North Face hanger that usually accompanies these slippers. Still, I tried them on but straight away realised the padding in the bottom was virtually none existent, which from owning the same slippers in other colours I knew was not right. I felt inside only to feel the distinct mould of a footprint where they had clearly been worn before.

Obviously the life time returns policy has been fully taken advantage of by the previous owner but I'm appalled that these made it through quality checks at Cloggs.

Anyway item returned and won't ever be using Cloggs again.

Great value and a pleasure to shop with.
