Customer Service !!! What customer service ?? Sent 3 e mails regarding a return which I sent sign for which they received and signed for. Had no acknowledgement from them and no response from e mails sent. Have just sent them the link to Royal Mail Tracking service which shows they received the parcel back 2 days ago. Fortunately I purchased through Pay Pal so will raise a dispute action against them. I had requested a different pair of boots from them but due to this companies lack of correspondence I have cancelled.
Terrible outfit !!! Avoid as stated by other customers having the same negative experience with "customer services"

Beware they have changed the returns policy, you now pay for all returns previously you got a prepaid label/printout from them.

Great buying experience. Quick standard delivery. Ordered over the weekend arrived on Tuesday morning. I can recommend without hesitation.

I ordered a pair of stylish and comfy fitflop slippers online and it was a happy experience because delivery arrived quickly and nicely packed. Highly recommended.

It’s the first time I’v ordered from this site, just received my Ted Baker shoes, love them and nearly half the price as House of frazer, arrived within 2 days, would definitely recommend, I will definitely be using them again, thanks Cloggs.

excellent as usual. If you read the complaints on here, its either down to the courier or poor management by the customer. complaining an item was late, how is that cloggs fault when they dispatched the item on time. Asking cloggs to take an item back that they ordered 2 months ago because they dont fit? stores have returns polices for a reason, this is the problem these days, no one takes personal responsibility for their own actions and so quick to complain. thank you again cloggs, always a pleasure.

I ordered from cloggs then looked at trust pilot and panicked but I cant fault them. Ordered Sunday arrived today was kept update regarding delivery ect. Would recommend.

Ordered a pair of shoes for next day delivery (Wednesday) and the shoes got "lost in transit". Spoke with a customer service representative on Friday and he said that he has sent a new pair for special delivery for the following day (Saturday). No shoes arrive. I receive an order update on Sunday saying my order would be delivered on the Monday.

The shoes then arrive and do not fit, I contact the customer service team and explain the situation and I send the larger size back and they tell me a new pair is on its way for next day delivery. Tuesday morning I want to track my order and contact customer service team again and they explain to me that the new order was not processed and was "stuck".

Worst online shoe shop I have ever experienced, would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service and price - where else can you get a pair of Dr Martens for £37 with free postage?! Super-quick delivery and great customer service. I'll be back!

Rude and Unhelpful

Order did not arrive, customer services were of no help at all and rude. Took over a week to get a refund and had to send copies of my ID to them for no real reason.

I was very wary, having read these reviews, about ordering from Cloggs but the FitFlop's on offer were just too good to pass up so, I took the plunge and ordered them. I am thrilled with the service (and product). I ordered late on Thursday night and the shoes arrived on Saturday morning. Fantastic! I will be back for more shoes.

Very poor online chat service. Mandy - the named chat assistant - clearly didn't understand anything I was telling her. I gave her the full product code of the item in question and all I received was a '?'.
When I rated the service - as asked - with a thumbs down, I was then invited to write a comment, but as soon as I started to write 'poor service' Mandy withdrew the online chat box so I couldn't continue to write...
Disgraceful and unprofessional.

Poor customer service. Told earlier this year that I did not qualify for free delivery and that the order value had to be over £50. Checked the website and it stated £50! Contacted company who said that it had had changed and that website had not beed updated; a message would be sent to the web team to update withing 48 hours well you guessed no change was made. I see now many months later it is £60 so effectively I was lied to it seems.

Not purchasing again.

Terrible service, placed order on Saturday and paid for next day delivery. Did not receive delivery till Friday! Customer service terrible too, sent email asking what was going on and no reply. Tracking also terrible, said on way since Monday, no more information than that. So if you are in a hurry for an order don't bother with ordering from here!

I felt like a right idiot having placed my order with Cloggs and only AFTERWARDS checking the reviews here. Having read all the comments, I was convinced we wouldn't get our shoes - I ordered two pairs - or we'd get wrong ones, but I needn't have worried: the shoes arrived really quickly (3 days) and were exactly what I wanted!!
Having read all the negative comments, I'm not sure I'd recommend Cloggs to my friends - maybe we were just lucky - but I certainly can't fault them based on our experience.

When there was a problem, as in my case, Cust Service was poor. Warehouse error meant that they credited me rather than send a replacement pair of shoes as I'd requested using their returns form. I stated I'd like to re-order the shoes in question, but was advised that none in my size were available but that I could order what they described as new seasons stock, at almost double the price I'd originally paid. As it was their error, I was offered free postage and 20% disct of the shoes in question. Not good enough; it was their error not mine and they should clearly have stood the loss themselves. Shall not use again. Beware, if there's a problem with Cloggs, it may not be resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I used to shop from Cloggs in the past and it was okay. Today I was to buy a pair of shoes for £39 on sale when getting to check out the price changed to £79!! They're still adverstising for £39, probably to try to catch distracted customers☹️

I used Cloggs after seeing a great value pair of trainers. The ordering process was simple and quick. Despite receiving an order number on the website, I did not initially get a confirmation email. I was able to track my order on the website, which told me it had been placed, but not accepted yet. After a few hours and no email, I decided to track my order again and was informed that I was "unable to track my order". I decided to check Trustpilot for reviews (something I usually do before buying anything) and saw the large number of bad reviews. I began to think I had also been ripped off, expecting an email to say my order had been cancelled. The next day, with thought turning to the drawn out conversations I was going to have trying to get my money back, I checked my junk email folder and found my confirmation and dispatch email in there. My trainers arrived as described and on time, so I'm very pleased with the service offered by Cloggs. Remember to double check your junk email folder if you order but don't get confirmation!!

Was a little worried after reading comments, however I am over the moon with my order, ordered yesterday for next day delivery, had 3 messages from Cloggs and the courier, confirmed order would be with me today between 11 and 12, courier turned up early and waited for me to get home, shoes are amazing and fantastic price
