Amazing company / Website is poor
I think your staff and products are great, the range is huge. Delivery times are good and customer service is top notch - especially in your Manchester store it can not be faulted. But please can the website get an overhaul? It regularly doesn't work properly, particularly on mobile and it can be a pain to navigate because of this.
I've still not managed to complete an order and I've been trying for last couple of hours with it.

When the order was picked up from click and collect the sales assistant opened my parcel and looked at all my items to ‘check’ the order was correct. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. If this needs to be done it highlights a problem internally and extra checks should be done at the stage of packing the order, not infront of the customer and other people in the store. Will not be ordering again.

Great quality - not so good at letting you know of order status
Really pleased with the quality of the items purchased and speed at which it arrived.
Didn’t get any contact from them from the moment I pressed the ‘buy now’ button and was a bit concerned but the delivery within the time frame advertised on the website.

Excellent service as ever. An item I wanted for my pack that was out of stock. Shop staff in London gave me a very realistic expectation of when it would return to stock enabling me to know when to check and buy this.
As ever I am pleased with the service I received and it even turned up a day earlier than the estimated arrival time!!

Happy but have packaging issues
I've bought 3 Hankeys toys from Clonezone and although I'm 100% satisfied with my purchases and Clonezone customer service throughout my purchases and deliveries, the only issue I have is the product packaging as it comes busting at the seems around the actual product and this allows dirt, dust and grime to get on the actual product.
I have a thought on solving this issue and this is Clonezone simply putting the product in a carrier bag and tape it to seal, this prevents any dirt, dust or grime getting on the actual product.
I hope this is seen as only constructive criticism.
