Purchase was sent with security tag on
Purchase was sent with security tag still on it so it couldn't be used. I emailed to request a return label but got no reply. Had to make a 34 mile round trip to the closest shop so they could sort it.
Not the first time the mail order team have got it wrong; I was sent the wrong size on a previous order.

A First Class service from a First Class Customer Service Department
I bought a product that failed.
The replacement product failed the same way.
By way of an apology I was sent a more expensive replacement made by a different manufacturer.
I am now more than pleased with the replacement product!
