They are terrible at providing health care or administration, but they are great at buying up PCPs that work well and utterly destroying them. They use Clear RX for prescriptions and they couldn't prescribe themselves lunch let alone pharmaceuticals. They lost my prescriptions, no one answered at the ClearRX number provided. The CloseKnit line is always jammed - probably with a massive volume of people just trying to get thier meds or an appointment. The people that answer specialize in giving incorrect and inconsistent information when you can get through, and then they lie about getting back to you or insist they don't have a supervisor. But worse is they won't solve the problems that they create. You would be better off getting primary care from CHUDs at the nearest storm drain.
