A mixed experience...
Good things about my experience: easy to order and super-quick delivery; the design of dress was lovely and the fabric pattern gorgeous.
Bad things about my experience: dress arrived in such a creased/wrinkly state it was impossible to think about it positively, and I wasn't confident the appearance would improve with washing/ironing; the fabric, stitching and zip all felt low on the quality scale; returns process felt more complicated than other companies'.

The dresses arrived quickly and matched their descriptions well! I returned one of the two dresses because the style wasn't quite for me and the return was very straightforward! I especially appreciated the sale prices!

Dress is a lovely design
Dress is a lovely design, my usual size was good fit (a little more roomy than normal) but for me, it was the stripes! I felt overwhelmed, the stripes just drowned me!
I wanted to love the dress but the stripes weren’t for me, sadly I had to return the dress.

One issue is packaging.
The beautiful long dress was packed tightly in a very small package. This meant once unpacked, the dress was full of creases. I left it for a few days to see if the creases would drop out. Sadly they didn’t so I will have to pay for a steam press.
Could Closet consider this packaging issue & give customers a choice of packaging ?

It was my first time shopping at Closet, having been recommended by a friend, while shopping for a special occasion.
Having tried all the usual high street shops I got what I wanted from Closet, and it was stress free and their website gives you a good indication of what the product looks like on a model with a video.
As I purchased 2 products as wasn't sure which one would be the best fit, had to return one and although quiet straight forward, but unlike other places Where you just do it digitally you have to print the label which can be inconvenient if you do not have a printer.
Having said that I am very happy with my dress and have already recommended Closet to my friends.
