Absolutely appalling customer service!!!!!
Absolutely appalling customer service, to the point I had to threaten trading standard to even get money back with still no response.
I ordered a tracksuit set which I ended up returning back the same day I recieved, a week had past by and I recieved no confirmation that it had been recieved on their end , however, I knew it had as I checked the tracking and it had been recieved 3 days after me returning it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and awaited my refund. Another week had past by, I still had heard nothing so decided to email customer services. There customer service had gotten back to me about 48 hrs later and said he could see the return had been back on there end for a while and would ‘chase it up’. 4 days had went pass and nobody had ever gotten back to me. I then emailed customer services again, who then didn’t reply, by this point I was very annoyed as they were withholding my money and ignoring my emails, I threatened trading standards on yet again another email and by the next day the money was in my bank account but not one person from customer services emailed me to apologise or to even acknowledge the fact they’d gave me my funds back.
I will never buy clothing from this company again!!!!! I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star it would be a big FAT ZERO!

First purchase with this retailer. System was great. Has an issue with courier who said they had delivered when it hadn’t. Reported it to retailer who replied almost immediately, resolved the issue expediently and it was re delivered next day. Perfect service from retailer. Product was also great and ordered a second pair.

Never gotten my order , someone stolen it from my outside my door , not received any help from courier or seller , I've reported it to the police send proof to the Closure London from Tuesday still hasn't heard anything from them not even a acknowledgement email , the courier services nowadays is a big joke.

Had a dodgy start with ordering the wrong colour product. Even though I raised this problem within the same day, you wouldn’t amend my order. I had to re-order the colour I wanted. Finally today I got around to returning the wrong colour product . Assuming I get my refund, I am very happy with the sandals in khaki.
