Technically web site absolutely bad. If you will try to self exclude - you will need to confirm it with code from email. Code comes but its nowhere to put it. You request new code again and again. And of course they block your account for 12 hours.
They expect that you will cool down and don’t self exclude after 12 hours break.
So technically its impossible to self exclude, everything looks like ok, that its just technical bug. But i’ve tried it twice and 2 times they blocked it for 12 hours to let me cool down and change decision.
Its the way how they break basic rules of responsible gaming. And don’t let you self exclude.

I want to share my betting experience on the Cloudbet website. My nickname on this website is jackeylove322. At the time of writing this review, my wager is 830 thousand dollars, and the loss is about 100 thousand.
I often place bets on various events if there is a high limit or a good chance of winning. However, for 5 months now I have been faced with deception from the sports team of this website. They promised me to increase the betting limits when playing actively, but while I was trying to be active, I lost 100 thousand dollars. Even now, when I'm actively playing, they just promise something or reject my requests right away.
Overall, the VIP service on this site leaves much to be desired. Don't waste your time and money on Cloudbet, they won't offer you the best conditions on the market.

Terrible website, admins can't transfer coins that were transferred if they weren't USDT, misunderstanding of written messages, banned for miscommunication in chat.

I requested a withdrawal using cryptocurrency. I've been waiting for two days. It hasn't arrived in my account. They keep stalling. I've lost trust. Maybe they'll never send my money.

They will screw you over. Tried to withdraw but they never processed it. Very unfortunate. They literally stole money from me. And after placing this review, they finally send it. Bunch of @$$holes

Dont get fool by their promo is a scam!! $2500 on deposit a scam. You will remember this post.
THIS IS MY REPLY:
Let me explain how I reached this conclusion.
I did not write this review out of impulse. I intentionally kept it short to see how Cloudbet would respond — and as expected, the response was not clarification, but a redirection to the rules.
Before editing this review, I took the time to analyze the promotion from the perspective of a typical working person, exactly as it is presented on the landing page — without delving into hidden terms.
I sought a neutral third-party opinion and reviewed the exact wording of the promotion (“Deposit to unlock $2500”), as well as the lack of clear explanation at the point of deposit, the daily login requirement, manual claims, expiration dates, reminder emails, and constant on-site pressure.
The conclusion was simple and consistent: this promotion is designed around behavioral pressure and habit enforcement, not customer clarity or convenience.
The fact that users must be reminded daily not to lose rewards already proves the system is not intuitive or customer-friendly. A genuinely transparent offer does not need urgency, fear of loss, or constant reminders to function.
When feedback is met with “read the rules” instead of acknowledging misleading expectations, the customer experience becomes dismissive rather than supportive.
This is not about whether terms exist — it is about how customers are made to feel when interacting with the business.
Businesses that value long-term trust simplify, clarify, and adapt to human behavior. Businesses that rely on pressure systems may survive for a time, but they lose customers who value transparency.
People who gamble with real money want simplicity, clarity, and peace of mind. This promotion does not provide that.
This review is not emotional. It is the result of observation, analysis, and experience.
Your replies are framed as if this is about “helping” or “fixing” something after the fact. It is not. This is about how the promotion is presented, how expectations are created, and how customers are made to feel when those expectations don’t match reality.
To be clear: I did not come here looking for a remedy or compensation for my situation.
I am not interested in bonus chips, credits, or any kind of offer. Even if you offered me $1000 in chips, I would decline it. I am not looking to be retained, and I do not wish to be your customer.
The purpose of this review is simply to ensure that other people do not go through the same experience.
Just as a side note: the level of detailed feedback provided here is the kind of insight companies usually pay for through focus groups, UX audits, or mystery shoppers.
I’m sharing it publicly, for free, so other customers can make informed decisions.
My role here is done.

I have around 7500 USD in my account. I am betting for several months , and I have deposited a lot of money as well . But in 17th of January I tried to withdraw some money and they immediately blocked my account, and sent an email saying that they will conduct betting integrity investigation and it can take 6 months
Now I am very worried of my money .

I hit a winning number on roulette. They accepted my bet, the wheel spun. My number landed. The took my initial bet and the winnings. It's actually happenend twice. The exact same scenario. The history is wiped out. I explained exactly what happened to them. The did return my $45 on one of the two instances but didn't pay for the winnings number. Im out $250+
They just gas light me acting as if they did no wrong.
The bet is made and accepted. Then they decide nope nevermind this doesn't count. It's all in the chat logs the details. They are going to reply to this and say provide more info but I can't the history is wiped out. They also probably say we "personally credited" back your wager($45). As if they're riding the high horse here.
I'm down $90 just from wagers and down the profit from the numbers that hit that we're accepted bets. Their excuse was our "provider timed out". Imagine if you had $100 on a number that landed and they don't pay you. Laughable. Don't use these clowns. To the cloudbet team the reads this fk you ya piece of shit scammers
Chat support say the case is closed. Their chat support is horrendous. Spent 2hours explaining and 4+ hours arguing with them over this.

They are deliberately delaying the email change process so that I cannot withdraw my money, and they blatantly lie about the timeframes. I have all the evidence in screenshots of my conversations with their support specialists.
The situation is as follows: I wanted to withdraw funds, but my old email address is lost. During the withdrawal process, email confirmation was requested, but I cannot receive the code because I no longer have access to my old email. I contacted support, and they told me to wait up to 7 days. After 7 days of complete inaction, I contacted them again and was told that the specialist had provided incorrect information and that I should wait 14 days instead. After another 14 days with no action, I contacted them once more, and this time they said there are no specific timeframes and they cannot say when it will be resolved. The question is: why did they initially provide timeframes for changing the email if those timeframes were never real?
Update:
Cloudbet publicly stated that my account was accessed from Donetsk. This statement is misleading and incorrect.
Before any restrictions were applied, I attempted to complete account verification and submitted official documents, including my passport and registration address. These documents clearly show my location as Dobropillia, Donetsk region, Ukraine. Cloudbet had access to this information prior to restricting my account.
I have never been physically located in Donetsk city, nor have I accessed my account from there. It was not realistically possible for me to do so.
Despite this, my winnings were voided and only my original deposit was returned, without a clear explanation or completion of the stated review process.
After that, my account was restricted to withdrawals only. However, to withdraw funds, email confirmation is required, and this confirmation is sent to my old email address, which I no longer have access to.
The request to change my email address remains unresolved, making it impossible for me to complete the withdrawal process, despite Cloudbet publicly stating that withdrawals are available.
Using verified documents confirming my location in Ukraine (Dobropillia), claiming account access from Donetsk, voiding winnings, and blocking withdrawals due to an unresolved email change raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.
Additional details requested by Trustpilot:
I have screenshots of my conversations with Cloudbet support confirming the timelines they provided for the email change request and the lack of action afterward. I also submitted official verification documents showing my registered address in Dobropillia, Donetsk region, Ukraine. My account was restricted, winnings were voided, and withdrawal remains impossible because email confirmation is still sent to an address I no longer have access to.

You know what fair play to these guys, I won money and even though I am from UK, they paid out my money first then closed my account, many casinos would just take your money and find an excuse not to pay you and they could of easily just not paid me. Brilliant casino.

K99Created an account deposited 70 new Zealand dollars worth of litecoin. Then I couldn't login randomly it just says invalid username or password. Emailed support and they told me to try changing password etc. I tried every single step and everything they said and still can't login. Then they just keep saying try changing the password over and over going In circles. Don't ever play on this site. Complete scam They stole my money on Christmas. I never even got to place a bet. They refused to refund me and will not help me to fix the issue or help me gain access to my account. They just keep repeating have I changed the password over and over again, even though I already tried it and support is like talking to a stupid robot who just repeats the sane script with no actual help or human thinking or intelligence. I've lost my money and didn't even get to place a single bet. I'm using the correct username or email and password it still won't login. I've tried everything possible and support just keeps telling me to try changing password It didn't work and they just keep saying it over and over. I want my account fixed so I can log in or my money refunded. I can give my cloudbet email. I need you to fix my account yourself I've already tried everything possible and the fault is on your end. I cant login your site is broken. Fix my account or refund me.
Support contacted me and they said they will forward it to relevant team to help, I doubt I'll get my money back but will wait and see. I'll update and remove the bad review if I'm able to get access back into the site or use my 70nzd of litecoin that I deposited. Edit: months later and nobody helped me. They stole 70nzd off me. And it's gone now they won't help me.

Cloudbet voided my winning bet on a match, yet settled my losing bet on the very same match as a loss. This selective settlement practice is unacceptable and clearly violates the principles of fair play. Cloudbet does not offer a fair or transparent betting experience

Cloudbet is a scam – they steal your money
Cloudbet is completely dishonest. The moment it was time for me to receive my monthly cashback, they suddenly created “verification issues” and closed my account.
They claimed I couldn’t verify because my phone number had been used on an old account. Customer support literally told me to open the old account instead — but that I would lose the cashback because it’s “a gift.” What kind of casino calls earned cashback a “gift” and then takes it away?
Worse than that, they kept all the money I still had in my account.
Let me be very clear:
They never required verification to deposit
I never made a withdrawal because I never won
The SECOND cashback and bonuses were due, verification suddenly became mandatory
Instead of letting me verify properly, they closed my account and confiscated my funds
This is a classic casino trick: take deposits easily, then block accounts when it’s time to pay. Cloudbet cannot be trusted.
Stay away from this casino unless you want to lose your money. I live in the UAE so no excuse for it!

Used their sportsbook.
+ Good amount of available games and pretty fast withdraw
- After few lucky bets, they cut off my limit really fast - i was able to stake 3eur maximum

This could have been the best betting company I've ever dealt with, but they capped my bet amount after I placed a bet on a popular event (I bet every time the UConn Huskies played. Why did they penalize me for that today?). It's a disgraceful practice, and it's a shame companies like this still exist.
And yes, I asked for help from customer support, but they don't want to help. Login - mgoro13.

Hey there, this is going to be a very long and negative review so buckle up and read till the end.
I have a cloudbet account under username mojiworld and I have at least 65k sports betting wagering on my account and I am a VIP Gold 4 I guess (which means nothing)!!
Yesterday a bet was misgraded and a bet that should've lost ended up as a win and the money that I shoulder lost was won and I withdrew the amount before knowing anything about the bookie mistake. So they went on and made my balance negative. There's no problem till now. The problem starts when I emailed the cloudbet support and asked them if I should deposit any amount of money but they said no if the account balance is back to 0 then the problem is settled. They said you shouldn't make any deposit unless you are asked to do so. And I wasn't asked so I went on as normal and continue with my bets. Before making my next withdrawal I deposited more than 160 dollars on different occasions and there was no problem until I made a withdrawal request of 100 dollars. The request got rejected and 100 dollars was deducted by the bookie . And then they went on and say oh you know what it was due to that misgraded bet. 100 dollars of balance is nothing and no problem. The problem is that this shows they have no integrity and honesty policy within the company and that also shows in the way in which they offer you rakeback and promotions.
As you know many websites offer promotions and rake backs for a specific mount of money wagered but what cloudbet does is that they tell oh you can have this much promotion but in reality it's a like and you just get a very small percentage of that promo money. Let's say you win 50 dollars for leveling up you account from gold 3 to gold 4. What they do is that they take this money and give you 2 dollars twice a day and when you miss the time to claim the promo it is gone forever!!! I mean how ridiculous is that.
All in all there are many more bookies that offer better promotions and honest interactions. If I had to start over and choose a website for my sports betting , I would never choose cloudbet but the decision is still yours to make. Thank you.
Ps. I have all the conversations and evidence that I based my review on .
