Great Customer Service & Value For Money
Cloud Pharmacy have been a pleasure to deal with. Their communication is excellent and they offer great support. There pricing is better value than most other GLP 1 providers. I love how they support maintaining weight loss through medication at a lower dose.

Very easy to order. Only thing that isn't good is the delivery. I have in the past paid extra to have a Saturday delivery and it has been attempted to be delivered in the week when I'm not always home.

Absolutely unacceptable experience
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered personal items from this pharmacy, thinking that the packaging would be discreet, confidential and professional. Instead, the parcel arrived in such poor condition that the inner box was open upon delivery.
This was not only embarrassing, but also a serious breach of customer trust. No customer should receive personal items in a package that looks like it has been opened or was not properly secured.
The company should pay much more attention to the quality of packaging and customer privacy. I am writing this review to warn other customers and to encourage the company to improve their practices so that no one else has to go through the same experience.
Very disappointing service, and I did not expect this from a pharmacy that deals with personal and sensitive items.
