They arrived late and they didn't match the size I chose or the photos, stolen knockoffs that have printed on accessories and pockets.

stolen art, nearly no refund
stolen art, EXTREMLY low quality, dont buy there.
they dont even offer full refund, i would have to pay for sending the products back. they tell me i should keep the products for 30% refund instead of retuning them at my own risk AND costs.

Stolen art and designs. Hazbin Hotel and Arcane designs stolen from Cloudeelle, a small business (ie. Instagram).
I have not ordered myself, but I almost did. When I checked if the site is genuine, I discovered the original source of the stolen images.
If you order from here, you won't get the quality products of the pictures. It's a scam.

Low Quality, False Advertising
Their product listings for apparel are misleading. They list things about the products that aren't true, like the quality of the material. The size charts are also way off. Customer Service will try to get you to keep the item for low discounts instead of owning up to their false advertising and low quality products and returning your money. Do not shop from them.

Highly recommend!
The quality is amazing and is worth the price tag. The designs are also super unique and cool. Exactly as advertised on website page and the sizing is good too.
The shipping did take a long time and I didn’t get any updates until I emailed them and messaged via . However, the item still came in less than a month so I was very happy.
Overall I’d highly recommend, just be aware of shipping times and make sure to order way in advance.

Do not order from them! I ordered a VI arcane sweater from them and it did not look like it did on the pictures.
The quality was horrible and it even said IV on the front instead of VI. I commented this on their instagram but they deleted my comment. It's a scam!

SCAM SCAM SCAM THEY STOLE THEIR ART FROM ARTISTS
They use images and designs from artists and then ship it out with really bad quality. I only realised it was a scam an hour after paying them when I saw the original art.
