2nd order & Very Impressed
I've noticed this website offering juices that does not exist in any other website, which what makes it special 'for me'.
First time I ordered about five 30ml bottles on Friaday and they arrived around 11:00am next Monday. The packageing was satisfactory.
Second time, I have ordered 7 bottles on Friday as well (don't ask why I did that AGAIN!), and I was concerned about where is my order exactly? So I sent an email on 8:50 am, and recieved a reply on 9:48am (talk about FAST respons).
So far, I'm really enjoying their products and services.
If I would add or suggest one thing, it would be adding a tracking section, so customers would know the status of their shipped orders.
PS: a 'rubber ring' was included in my first order as a gift!

I have ordered from cloudz vapour frequently throughout the year and always received amazing service! I only had one issue during the year where my bottles of juice fell out the packaging but they sent me new bottles straight away! The replies to comments on the invoice and recommendations on flavours and juice brands are always on point! Great range of items and juice and even the instagram page is friendly and replies to comments and messages!

Great choice of Juices
One stop shop for all things vaping. Never had bad service from them. They stock only the premium brands so you know you're not going to get a below par juice. Packaging is always good which is important as you dont want bottles breaking in transit. (which has happened with others)

Fantastic Customer Service
I have been buying e liquids from these guys for nearly 2 years now and I can honestly say they I have never experienced better customer service. They are more than happy to give advice on flavours etc based on your likes, very approachable and often include free little surprises in your order such as a t shirt or sample bottles.
Additionally they have a huge range of premium e liquids from the States so there is always plenty to choose from.
