I'm a user from China who participated in LET flash sale for the first time and successfully purchased a limited number of servers from clouvider.
I chose to set up the server in LA based on my experience, but I encountered network connection problems in actual use, and after inquiring, it was a connection problem between China and the US. So I gave feedback on my work order and asked if I could migrate. clouvider responded quickly to my feedback and helped me migrate the VPS, thank you very much, I've been using VPS for 6 or 7 years now, and even though it's the first time I've used clouvider, the response from the customer service and the configuration of the server panel is amazing, it's a company that serves from the heart!

Oh my... The VPS pricing is really good, and there are some locations that you can choose from. The support (named Jacob) is really good and patient. I love this company!

I'm a return customer. Keenly priced services (new VPS range in particular) with a solid, fast network. VPS was provisioned instantly upon payment. I had some minor billing related queries that were answered in minutes.

Having used Clouvider in 2018 for Dedicated Servers, I was pleasantly surprised to see their new VPS offering email that came through. I immediately signed up back and provisioned a small VPS to test with initially.
Everything has been doing well, and hopefully will be moving some other services back over to them shortly as upgrades / replacements to some of my older hardware.

I recently ordered a vps from the new clouvider vps line and received it within a very short time. At the beginning I needed two custom ISOS, which I applied for via the support. Within less than an hour they were provided and my other questions were professionally answered. The performance of the virtual machine is amazingly good and the network is a dream. I can only recommend Clouvider to anyone looking for a VPS for a productive environment!

I ordered one of the new AMD VPS servers, The process was easy and the server is very fast. I have no complaints yet! I have used the Clouvider network for over a year in London and have been happy with the uptime.

We signed up roughly around a year ago. Brilliant offers and very reasonable priced. we managed to get ourselves a great spec dedicated server and basically no issues or problems. support is friendly and straight to the point, and feel comfortable knowing the level of support is there should we need it. I would highly recomend Clouvider to others.

I can not express enough how good of a provider this company is. They will go the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of, to the point of helping with a network routing issue that resulted in degraded latency. Within minutes, the issue was promptly resolved. Their ticketing system is pretty much a live-chat while they're open, and although they have a few limitations in terms of upgrading/downgrading hardware (such as adding hard drives), it is justified as they use blade servers and isn't as easy as it sounds. I highly recommend using them for their strategic peering, location, and support.

I was very appreciative of the representative taking the time to explain things clearly for me about network complexities I was unfamiliar with. Further, response times were instantaneous. It is these sort of things that I take into consideration when selecting providers to do business with and will continue to use Clouvider for my dedicated server needs.

From an absolutely rock solid network to the latest hardware and always excellent support - I am delighted with my servers from Clouvider.

I originally switched to them when they opened their Manchester location as this was high on my wishlist. Since then I couldn't have been happier with the service I've received. The pricing offers excellent value and I look forward to growing my business with them.

I have been a data center technician for many years. When I first got the call to do some work for Clouvider, I was taken aback at the construction of their network. THIS was how one should Build a network!!!! Fast forward a couple years, and I am now a customer of Clouviders. While I still marvel at the network, what sold me was the Support. (It's Actual SUPPORT! ) That said, it is a network for Pros, built by Pros. Some of these comments are obviously Not from Pros, lol. Happy customer, and I have the opportunities to host with ANYone, but I Love exactly where I am at.

A scam company that take advantage of costumers. They don’t provide the servers and they charge you. They provide fake information when you claim with paypal.
Be aware, do not buy this!!!

Good supplier, excellent quality, fast delivery

I ask everyone to be careful. A fraudulent company is blocking all my servers because I have not mastered one of them

When we I first used their service, my purchase was flagged, and unfortunately there was little information available in the email (might be a good idea to include the basic idea of what went wrong in the email body), however as soon as I opened a ticket, the support team were on it, explained the issue to me, and were incredibly helpful the whole way through!
Thank you for a much easier support journey than some of your competitors!

Signed up for a cPanel account claimed to be HA - The service did not offer a basic NodeJS support. I submitted a cancellation. While asking for refund I was given a 19 GBP credit not as a "Good Gesture".

Any hosting company that respect clients must have a 30 Days money back instead of referring to conditions pre-written to suit your needs.

Avoid this Greedy Company there are much better friendly ones out there.
